The paper aims to identify main factors affecting customers' decision to use mobile banking in Viet Nam. The research team conducted a survey among people who have not yet used and have been using mobile banking at commercial bank branches in three regions: Northern, Middle and Southern of Viet Nam. Based on the theoretical framework from UTAUT2 model combined with Belief and Security Awareness, the authors propose a research model to identify factors affecting intention and behavior of using mobile banking, with 600 questionnaires. The result indicates that several factors were evaluated to be more important than others were. The research points out that “Facilitating condition” did not affect intention of using mobile banking, however “Security awareness” and “Trust” positively affect the customer intention. Moreover, “Security awareness”, “Hedonic motivation” and “Social Influence” are factors that have the strongest effects on intention to use mobile banking. In addition, the result also illustrates the relationship between “Culture” with “Benefit Expectancy”, “Effort Expectancy” and “Hedonic motivation”.

Along with the rapid development of information technology, cloud computing has brought many benefits to users in handling work via the internet, especially in the field of accounting. However, Vietnamese enterprises are still at early stage of cloud computing accounting implementation. The purpose of this study was to apply the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the applications of cloud computing technology in accounting in Vietnamese enterprises. Data was collected through a Structured questionnaire from 112 accountants and managers in Vietnamese enterprises through purposive method. After collecting, the data is synthesized by excel file, processed by SPSS 20 software with descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The research model was established with 4 factors effecting the intention to use cloud-based accounting software: (1) Perceived usefulness, (2) Perceived ease of use, (3) Perceived convenience, (4) Perceived safety and privacy. The result indicates that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had positive impacts on the enterprises’ intentions to use cloud-based accounting software. Additionally, the study found a positive relationship between perceived convenience and perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness; perceived convenience also had a positive impact on perceived ease of use. However, perceived safety and privacy did not significantly affect the intention of cloud-based accounting software use.

Studying knowledge sharing behavior of lecturers at public universities in Ho Chi Minh City is an urgent issue. In the development and vastness of knowledge treasure, knowledge sharing actually becomes a way to reduce the difficulties and waste of time to learn, acquire the knowledge, thereby, helping public universities build a team of lecturers who have good knowledge and meet the job requirements for their development. Therefore, the author con-ducts a study to bring out the factors affecting activities of knowledge sharing behavior of lecturers at public universities in Ho Chi Minh City now. Based on the data collected, we use Cronbach’s Alpha, EFA and run regression model for knowing the impact levels of each independent variable on dependent variable of the knowledge sharing behavior of lecturers. Based on the findings, some recommendations are given for improving the knowledge sharing behavior of lecturers at public universities in Ho Chi Minh City.

This research aims to demonstrate the impact of market targeting strategies on tourism service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The descriptive analytical methodology is used. The study also uses regression analysis to examine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the limited services provided to customers in spite of the diversity of the needs and desires of customers from tourists and travelers with customers' needs and desires.

This research is conducted to review the current national policies updated basic education for the ethnic minorities and the status of basic education provided to the ethnic minorities in Vietnam, to evaluate the impact of basic education on education quality provided to ethnic minorities; and to discuss the future policy directions of Vietnam to ensure basic education for the ethnic minorities. The primary methods employed were systematic review of literature, emic knowledge and quantitative method. The results show that ensuring basic education for ethnic minorities is a meaningful and practical activity. It plays an important role in improving the quality of ethnic minority education in Vietnam today as well. Through the investigation of the research topic, we point some limitations of ensuring basic education and solutions to overcome those in the coming time.

Green consumption trends are changing the intention of consumers' choices and purchases. Ecological labels form the role of stimulating acts of purchasing environmentally friendly products and transmitting green product messages. Based on synthetic of intentional behavioral models and theory, this paper presents the results of an empirical study investigating the relationship between eco-label knowledge, consumer’s trust, perceived value, environmental concern, and consumer attitudes from one side and green purchase intention of agricultural products of Hanoi consumers from the other side. Correlation and path analysis are applied to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire survey in Hanoi, Vietnam from December 2018 to March 2019. The analytical results reveal the significant impact of perceived value and environmental concern on consumer attitude which leads to higher green purchase intention. This study helps to clarify new marketing forms through eco-labels, propose management solutions to governments and businesses in such developing countries as Vietnam.

E-commerce can optimize the communications between producers, distributors, consumers, and even policy makers. However, due to many reasons, the application of e-commerce by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing economies is still limited. This study focuses on determining the determinants of the application of E-commerce model in SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City. Then, some policy implications are proposed to promote e-commerce model in SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on the survey of 302 SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City, the paper has employed statistical methods, assessing the reliability by Cronbach's Alpha scale, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), correlation analysis as well as linear regression model (OLS) for analysis. The results show that the enterprise's readiness, awareness of benefits of e-commerce and supporting policies positively affect the application of E-commerce. E-commerce adoption barriers negatively affect E-commerce applications of SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City.

The present study explored the relationship between CEO duality and the scope of CER practices in the yearly reports of Jordanian industrial firms over the period 2009-2018 shaped by the board directors’ political links. To determine the amount of environmental data included in the firms’ yearly reports, the method of content analysis checklist was applied. CEO duality was chosen as an independent variable, which was measured by attributing a score to the existence/non-existence of CEO dual role, whilst the employed moderator variable was the political links and measured by attributing a score to the existence/non-existence of political links among the board directors of the investigated firms. Furthermore, to evaluate how the relationship between CEO duality and CER practices was influenced by political links, the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) and Hayes’ PROCESS macro were adopted. According to the results obtained, the above-mentioned relationship was substantially adversely impacted by political links. Such results could promote better corporate-stakeholder communication, enhancing stakeholders’ awareness of environmental responsibility in the context of Jordan as a developing nation. Therefore, the results have ramifications for the practices employed by firms to report on matters unrelated to finance.

This study was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting work motivation. Ten dimensions of the motivation factors in this study were determined as Achievement, Recognition, Job characteristics, Responsibility, Advancement, and hygiene factors included Work conditions, Supervision, Company Policies, Salary and Relationships used for the proposed model. The research methodology was conducted in a survey with participation of 200 respondents from 15 enterprises. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, factor analysis and regression. The empirical results show that Company policies significantly impacted on Work motivation, whereas Job characteristic had no impact on Work motivation. Finally, the study recommended some solutions to help companies improve their performance.

The aim of this research is to explain the influence of promotional strategy on improving the competitive advantage of the Tenun Ikat industry in Bali Indonesia and its impact on the marketing performance. To achieve this purpose, 100 people, who are the owners or managers of the Tenun Ikat SME in Bali Indonesia, were selected as sample and analyzed using the structural equation modelling (SEM). The results show that promotional strategy had a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage and promotional strategy was greatly capable of improving the competitive advantage. Furthermore, competitive advantage has a positive and significant influence on marketing performance achievement. This means that with a higher competitive advantage, there is a greater marketing performance and competitive advantage was able to significantly mediate the effect of promotional strategy on marketing performance. The research implications contribute to the owners / managers of the SME by advising so that they implement promotional strategies. This includes advertisement activities, sales promotion, and well-performed promotion through social media to improve the competitive advantage and increase in marketing performance.
