This empirical study aims to identify the effects of different factors influencing on customer satisfaction, such as perceived quality or perceived value in a case study in chemical industry. Understanding the effects of such variables helps us manage customers properly, balancing between perceived quality and perceived value. The research design is a quantitative method and employs Structural Equation Method (SEM) to ensure the correlation between constructs. The method results confirm that perceived value contributes a stronger influence on customer satisfaction than perceived quality does. Chemical market tends to put perceived value as a priority as long as the product quality meets the standard parameter. Perceived quality is reflected more by service while there is less point of differentiation on tangible product. The paper may limit the generalization of the findings, hence the replication in other industries are encouraged.

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work satisfaction to me-diate the effect of spiritual leadership of employee performance at Bank BRI shariah Malang. There were 154 employees working at Bank BRI Shariah Malang and all were selected as sample for performing the survey. Data was collected directly from respondents using questionnaires and the study is explanatory research type. The analysis used was Partial Least Square. The research results show that Spiritual leadership did not directly influence on employee performance, OCB mediated the effect of spiritual leadership on employee perfor-mance, and job satisfaction mediated the effect of spiritual leadership on employee performance.

The objective of this study is to demonstrate the relationships among the severity of service failure, service recovery, customer satisfaction and loyalty towards the Vietnamese international hospital system. The research data were collected from 303 customers who have used services and experienced service failures at international hospitals. Applying Structural Equation Modeling, the study pointed out that service failure includes three dimensions, which are system failure, request failure, and behavior failure. Meanwhile, service recovery is made up of three dimensions which are distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. The severity of service failure positively affects service recovery and service recovery puts a powerful impact on customer satisfaction, thereby increasing their trust in international hospitals in Vietnam.

The relationship between the organization and its clients is the life of every enterprise, whether it is a multinational corporation of several billion employees and a multi-million-deposit business or sole traders with a handful of daily customers. The relationship between the organization and its traditions is the key concern. Between these two cases, consumer relationship management (CRM) is the same in theory and may differ significantly. Both the company and consumers have some factors to meet, such as the desires and expectations of all sides, before forming a contract. We need to earn a profit to succeed and to improve clients expect excellent support, better goods and reasonable pricing. The implementation of a CRM program will impact consumer service and customer knowledge for various purposes. Likewise, adopting a CRM strategy would definitely affect consumer loyalty and awareness. CRM guarantees that consumers are happy and strengthens ties between the company and its clients. Such practices improve the partnership between customers and sales representatives. The study carried out the quantitative approach in the delivery of the questionnaire to more than 100 bank customers. In concise and inferential statistics, the data were handled using the SPSS statistical method. Data indicates that the strong relationship between consumer loyalty and customer happiness of CRM technologies occurs and the stronger the overall customer satisfaction score, the larger the volume of CRM technology deployed.

Excellent healthcare services delivered to patients would not necessarily entail an excellent patient service fulfillment, fulfill patient expectations, and attain high satisfaction levels. Hence, patient satisfaction is multifactorial and difficult to measure. Appliance of satisfaction model, service dissatisfaction and satisfaction feedback are able to translate the nonlinear attributes for a more accurate service dissatisfaction and satisfaction feedback assessment. Service recipients of experienced Inpatient and Outpatient (IOPs) can be translated into levels of compliments and complaints to describe degrees of patient satisfaction and dissatisfaction, respectively. Compliments and complaints voiced by patients should be taken seriously. As a result, the translation of service satisfaction and service dissatisfaction based on compliments and complaints from patients in the form of satisfaction index SCi and dissatisfaction index SCa introduced a new theoretical concept of concurrent and balance measurement in evaluating customer (VOC) or VOPs feedback. In normal practice, the service improvement is usually based on complaints or dissatisfaction aspect, but the compliments or satisfaction aspect on the same service delivery was always neglected. In this study, the formulation which was based on a non-linear assessment, not only amplified the effectiveness in communicating patients’ compliments and complaints in a more receptive manner but also corresponded with Kano model.

Businesses heavily depend on social media to engage with customers, utilizing various platforms for interaction, feedback, and promoting products. The influence of social media on customer trust, loyalty, and satisfaction is a prominent subject. This study seeks to comprehend how businesses leverage social media to attain these objectives, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. The initial exploratory phase collected qualitative data from 24 business enterprises, employing grounded theory techniques such as open, axial, and selective coding to pinpoint the primary factors affecting customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. Building on the insights from the exploratory study, the research proposes a model and hypotheses. The subsequent confirmatory study employs a quantitative approach, collecting data from 300 respondents in Jordan and utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for analysis. Results underscore the pivotal roles of personalization, user-generated content, communications, word-of-mouth, emotions, promotions, and customer support as social media directions in shaping customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. This research provides valuable insights into the dynamics of how social media shapes customer relations, offering guidance to businesses navigating this ever-evolving landscape.

This research is conducted to examine the determinants of customer satisfaction in using debit cards issued by the Vietnam commercial banks (CB). By applying the exploratory factor analysis (EFA), logistic regression and linear regression on a dataset of 428 customers, we find that the features and price of products were the key determinants influencing the frequency of using debit cards. However, the impact of each determinant is heterogeneous among different groups of customers. Product price and features are more likely to influence the users using debit cards to purchase goods or services in stores or online than customers working for the public agencies or frequently using non-cash payment for high-valued transaction.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic has wrought a profound transformation in the higher education landscape, compelling universities worldwide to pivot towards E-learning as the primary mode of instruction. This study, which was performed on a sample of 330 undergraduate students at The University of Jordan, undertook an in-depth exploration of student satisfaction with E-learning at The University of Jordan during this unprecedented shift, examining it through four demographic variables: gender, residence, faculty type, and academic year. The researchers employed rigorous statistical analyses, including calculations of mean and standard deviation, as well as one-way ANOVA tests, to thoroughly examine the data. The findings indicate a strong overall satisfaction level among students regarding E-learning, with discernible variations between items. There is a noteworthy correlation observed between students' academic faculty and their academic year in relation to their satisfaction level, with a p-value below 0.05, indicating statistical significance. This underscores the nuanced influence of these demographic factors in shaping students' perceptions and contentment levels as they navigate the evolving landscape of higher education during this extraordinary period. While the gender and the residence have no effect on the satisfaction level.

Website is a helpful interactive tool between universities and students. Innovating and improving the website quality creates students’ brand trust and satisfaction with the university. This study demonstrates the relationship between a university’s website quality, brand trust, and student satisfaction. The research data are collected by quota sampling with 402 senior students studying at universities in Vietnam. Using the structural equation modeling (SEM), the research result shows that the university’s website quality positively affects brand trust and student satisfaction. Besides, brand trust positively impacts on student satisfaction with the university.

The Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) sector provides different connectivity solutions in urban areas. Unfortunately, market players make little effort to ensure connectivity to underserved markets. The analysis of the existing ICT market revealed the possibility of a solution to this problem by utilizing the latest advances in satellite communication. It is recognized that connectivity through satellites is generally not a popular option in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), although there are still some underserved markets in the UAE that require better connectivity solutions. In this study, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been used to assess users’ acceptance in the UAE market to introduce NGSO satellite broadband connectivity. We consider the main two independent variables of the model: perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU). Additional two variables had been proposed which significantly affect UAE consumers’ intention to use satellite broadband which are: innovativeness (INN) and satisfaction with current services (SAT). The study results support that PU, PEU, and INN will positively influence the UAE population’s intention to use the service. The hypothesis that PEU will positively affect PU was also supported. The hypothesis that SAT will negatively influence the UAE population’s intention to the service was not supported. Additionally, the study also shows that UAE consumers’ intention to use satellite broadband is unrelated to gender or age group. A set of recommendations were drawn to support the smooth introduction of NGSO satellite broadband service in the UAE.
