The development of technology and science in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era requires companies to increase effectiveness and efficiency to maintain a competitive advantage. Supply chain management is the integration of business processes involving end customers and key suppliers whose function is to provide value to customers and stakeholders by providing products, services, and information. Implementation of supply chain management is considered an operational function or company activity that greatly determines the effectiveness and efficiency of the supply chain. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of supply chain management and the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), the relationship between supply chain management, and the relationship between competitive advantage and the performance of SMEs. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The quantitative approach is data in the form of numbers which are generally arranged through structured questions. The questionnaire contains statement items designed using a Likert scale from 1 to 7. The data in this study uses cross-sectional data because the data collection was carried out in a certain period. The data was obtained from distribution of online questionnaires via social media. The unit of analysis used in this research is the owners/managers of SMEs in Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The total sample for this research was 432 respondents. The data management used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, which is a collection of statistical testing techniques on a series of relatively complex relationships, simultaneously. The data processing tool is SmartPLS 3.0. The SEM technique is used to examine and justify different hypotheses of the survey. Hypothesis testing is carried out by comparing the p-value with a confidence level (alpha) of 5% (

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between inspirational leadership and performance and the relationship between green supply chain management and performance improvement. This research method is quantitative. Research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires via social media, the questionnaire was designed using statement items with a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The respondents for this research were 678 SMEs owners in Indonesia who were determined using the simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique for this research uses partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software data processing tools. The stages of research analysis are validity testing, reliability testing and hypothesis testing (significance). The results of the research show that inspirational leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. With the existence of inspirational leadership on HR performance it will have a positive effect if employees get trust and good examples from leaders, and employees get inspiration and motivation so they can create new innovations that make the company more advanced. Green supply chain management has a positive and significant effect on improving performance. The concept in green supply chain management provides the possibility for organizations to improve process efficiency, waste recycling management, the ability to attract new suppliers and consumers, organizations can save costs, reduce delivery times through collaboration with suppliers and consumers which can ultimately improve operational performance.

Digital supply chains play an important role in improving the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in this digital era. There has been no research that analyzes the relationship between digital leadership, leadership, and partnerships. The aim of this research is to analyze the defect of digital supply chain implementation on logistics leadership and the impact of digital supply chain implementation on partnerships and logistics leadership partnerships. The method of this research is quantitative and data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) partial least squares (PLS) using tools. SmartPLS 3.0 software data is used for processing the data. Research data is obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 589 SME owners in Indonesia determined using a simple random sampling method. The online questionnaire is designed using a Likert scale from 1 to 7 and distributed via social media. The stages of data analysis are validity testing, reliability testing and hypothetical testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that digital supply chain implementation has a positive and significant effect on logistics leadership, digital supply chain implementation has a positive and significant effect on partnerships and logistics leadership had a positive and significant effect on partnerships. The novelty of this research is the creation of a correlation model for variable partnerships, logistics leadership and digital supply chain implementation. The managerial implication of this research is to encourage increased partnerships and logistics leadership and we conclude that SMES managers must implement digital supply chain implementation. The theoretical implication of this research is that a new correlation model of partnerships, logistics leadership and digital supply chain implementation in SMEs is created.

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between financial literacy and financial performance, the relationship between financial literacy and the sustainability of SMEs, the relationship between supply chain management and financial performance, the relationship between supply chain management and the sustainability of SMEs, and financial performance with the sustainability of SMEs. This research method is a quantitative survey, the research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 740 SMEs owners in Indonesia. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. The stages of data analysis are validity, reliability and significance tests. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The questionnaire used in this study uses the Google form, distributed to respondents. The measurement method for this questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 5, namely Strongly Disagree (STS), (2) Answers Disagree (TS), (3) Neutral Answers (N), (4) Answers Agree (S), Strongly Agree (SS). The independent variables used in this study are as follows: Financial literacy, supply chain management, the dependent variables used in this study are sustainability and financial performance. The results of this research indicate that financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on sustainability, supply chain management had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, supply chain management had a positive and significant effect on sustainability, financial performance had a positive and significant effect on sustainability. The novelty of this research is that it found a correlation model of the relationship between the variables of financial literacy, supply chain management, financial performance and sustainability in SMEs which did not exist in previous research studies.

This study examines the intricate relationships among Blockchain Technology utilization, Supply Chain Efficiency, Export Performance, and the Financial Performance of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The research aims to elucidate the impact of technology adoption on various operational and financial aspects within the SME context. Employing a quantitative research design, data was collected from a diverse sample of SMEs across industries. The relationships were analyzed using statistical techniques, and the hypotheses were tested to uncover the implications of Blockchain Technology integration on SMEs' performance dimensions. The findings reveal that the adoption of Blockchain Technology significantly enhances Supply Chain Efficiency, underscoring its potential for optimizing operational workflows. However, the direct impact of technology on SME Financial Performance is not established, suggesting the importance of a holistic approach to financial growth. Moreover, the positive association between Blockchain Technology and Export Performance highlights the pivotal role of technology in fostering international trade success. Theoretical implications underscore the intricate interplay between technology adoption, operational efficiencies, and financial outcomes in SMEs. Managerially, the study advocates for SMEs to strategically integrate technology within their supply chain management practices to achieve enhanced efficiency and market competitiveness. Limitations include the potential for contextual variations and measurement biases. Future research can delve deeper into the moderating factors that influence the relationship between technology and financial performance in SMEs. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive examination of the interrelationships between these factors within the SME context.

Research related to entrepreneurial strategy variables, financial and non-financial performance, social capital and supply chain management in SMEs has not been widely carried out in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial strategy on financial and non-financial performance, social capital on financial and non-financial performance and sustainable supply chain management on financial and non-financial performance in SMES. The research method is quantitative with the online survey method. The data collection method is by distributing online questionnaires to 690 SMEs owners in Indonesia determined by simple random sampling. The questionnaire is designed using a Likert scale of 7. Data processing used structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. The results of data processing show that entrepreneurship strategy (ES) had a positive and significant effect on sustainable supply chain management (SSCM), social capital (SC) had a positive and significant effect on sustainable supply chain management (SSCM), entrepreneurship strategy (ES) had a positive and significant effect on SMEs financial and non-financial performance (SFNFP), social capital (SC) had a positive and significant effect on financial and non-financial performance (SFNFP) and sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) had a positive and significant effect on financial and non-financial SMEs financial performance ( SNFFP).

This paper aims to investigate the impact of pricing strategy and distribution channels on the decision-making process of customers when purchasing green products. The focus is on the satisfaction of customers who purchase these products. The study is conducted on the population of all customers who purchase green products from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The sample size is determined using a formula that considers the number of variables or indicators. The study uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), which is a method used to test variants-based structural equation models with the support of SmartPLS software. The results show that all seven hypotheses are supported, indicating that pricing strategy and distribution channels play a critical role in customer satisfaction and decision-making processes when purchasing green products. The results have implications for SMEs that sell green products as they need to focus on their pricing strategies and distribution channels to increase customer satisfaction and decision-making. This study provides essential insights into the impact of pricing strategy and distribution channels on customer satisfaction and decision-making when purchasing green products. The findings can guide SMEs in developing effective marketing strategies to persuade more customers to purchase green products and contribute to environmental sustainability.

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of leadership on small and medium enterprise (SMEs) green supply chain performance, the effect of organizational pressure on SMEs’ green supply chain performance and the effect of the environment on green supply chain performance of the SMEs. The research method is a quantitative method, data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. The population of this study is internal auditors who have experience in cyber security and information technology. The sample for this study was 490 respondents of SMEs owners who were determined by the snowball sampling method. The research data was obtained from an online questionnaire which was distributed via social media. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 6. The stages of data analysis were validity test, reliability test and significance test. The results indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the green supply chain of SMEs, organizational pressure has a negative and significant effect on the green supply chain and the environment has a positive and significant effect as well. Improving SMEs' green supply chain performance requires increased leadership, reduced organizational pressure and an improved work environment. This study generates a leadership relationship model on green supply chain performance, organizational pressure on green supply chain performance and environment on green supply chain performance.

This research investigated the relationship between supplier integration and customer integration on operational performance by mediating supply chain flexibility in SMEs in Indonesia. The method used in this research used quantitative methods using a conceptual framework and analysis of research data was performed using structural equation models (SEM) with SmrtPLS 3.0 software tools. Respondents to this study were 650 SMEs owners in Indonesia who were determined using the simple random sampling method. Data collection in this study was carried out on primary data in the form of respondents' statements obtained from answers to online research questionnaires designed using a Likert scale of 7. The results of this study stated that Supplier Integration had a positive and significant effect on supply chain flexibility. Customer Integration had a positive and significant effect on Supply Chain Flexibility. Supply Chain Flexibility had a positive and significant effect on operational performance. Supplier integration had a positive and significant effect on operational performance. Customer integration had a positive and significant effect on operational performance.

This study aimed to explore the approaches for transforming Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) into high-value markets, focusing on constructing a structural equation model of guidelines for the development of small and medium enterprises into high-value markets. The conceptual research framework consisted of one exogenous latent variable, the Value Discovery element, combined with the four endogenous latent variables, Value Development, Value Communication, Value Distribution, and Value Experiences. The study utilized mixed-methodology research, including qualitative research through in-depth interviews with nine experts, a focus group discussion with 11 successful entrepreneurs, and quantitative research through a survey of 500 SMEs in Thailand. The results revealed that SMEs operating in high-value markets are divided into tangible and intangible products, representing 250 respondents from each group. The five elements of the guidelines for the development of small and medium enterprises into high-value markets were found to be of high importance both overall and in each element. The developed SEM model was consistent with the empirical data of five elements with 27 observed variable factors. Furthermore, the hypothesis test results for analyzing the causal influence between latent variables in the SEM model revealed that all six hypotheses were supported at the 0.001 level of statistical significance. The value of the study is beneficial for SMEs who target to do business in high-value markets and can improve their competitiveness, develop unique value propositions, and provide better customer experiences.
