Digital entrepreneurship can be a potential alternative solution for addressing challenges faced by young people and future workers in Asia. Additional studies are required to enhance comprehension of digital entrepreneurship given the insufficiency of research conducted in this domain. This research seeks to uncover possible determinants that could impact the desire to engage in digital entrepreneurship, with a specific focus on personal traits, resilience, and the level of educational services. The participants in this study are university students as they represent the potential future workforce and potential digital entrepreneurs. A total of 517 sample data (212 Malaysian, 305 Indonesian) were collected through online surveys towards students in Malaysia and Indonesia. The study used a brief version of The Big Five Personality Traits, CD-RISC resilience scale, Liñán & Chen entrepreneurship intention scale, and Parasuraman, Zheitaml, Berry SERVQUAL to gather data. To analyze the data, the study employed structural equation modeling. The results suggest that the intention to pursue digital entrepreneurship is affected by both an individual's openness to experience and their resilience. Additionally, the study revealed that service quality is a factor that affects both digital entrepreneurship intention and resilience. This study provides new understanding of digital entrepreneurship intention antecedents and implies that improvement on education quality service can foster student’s intention to digital entrepreneurship and their resilience.

This paper presents an empirical investigation to study the relationship between cash flow and market share on selected firms from Tehran Stock Exchange over the period 2007-2011. Using regression analysis, the study has detected a positive and meaningful relationship between cash flow on one side and three other investment opportunities, firm size and operating cash flow. In addition, there is a negative and meaningful relationship between leverage and cash flow. However, the study does not find any meaningful relationship between cash flow and market share. Finally, the study does not find any meaningful relationship between the cash flows of the previous year as control variable and other cashable assets.

Nowadays, organizations are operating in a full of complex, ever changing and unpredictable environment, so that technological changes in providing goods and services, creating new organizational structures, new competitive methods and unique methods of sales indicate the importance of planning of top management team in line with the organizational success. Therefore, an attribute, which is important more than ever is resilience of top management team from two dimensions of its beliefs and adaptive capacity with these environmental events. Therefore, in this paper, the effect of connectivity of top management team on their resilience was investigated amongst 500 industrial active units located in northeast of Iran as the statistical population. Statistical sample was comprised of 139 organizations. Analysis results using structural equation modeling showed that the tested model had a goodness of fit to data. The effect of connectivity of top management team on efficacious beliefs of resilience and adaptive capacity of resilience was confirmed in line with related previous studies.

The present study investigates the effectiveness of resilience training on life satisfaction among the mothers with mentally retarded children. The method is semi experimental using pretest posttest with control group. Statistical population of research includes elementary mentally retarded student who were enrolled in Najafabad Sareban exceptional school over the period 2012-2013 educational year. Sample group includes 50 subjects who randomly replaced in control and experimental groups. Experimental group members participated in a 10-session resilience training. Finally, both groups completed post-tests where research scales were Diener life satisfaction questionnaire. The data are analyzed by co-variance analysis test. Results are significant and indicates that resilience training is effective on life satisfaction (p & LT; 0.05).

Supply chain provides continual turbulence with unpredictable disruptions potential for enterprises with complex network infrastructure. Supply chain in enterprises needs to be resilient and sustain-able to provide effective response, removing vulnerabilities and minimizing the impact of negative disturbances. This review article is based on evaluating the role of supply chain management in automobile sector of India. The overall findings derived from review of refined articles state that, in countries like India, automobile industry needs to have appropriate management commitment for sustainability and resilience of supply chain rather than rules and regulations of government. The review article examined 914 articles related to evaluating supply chain management practices in automobile sector of India. Through the analysis of the collected articles, it is evident that DEMATEL is effective technique for providing inter-relationship in automobile industry in India. Rather than economic influence in automobile sector, managerial activity is a major concern for effective sustainable and resilience practices in automobile industry of India.

This paper presents the engineering basis for a document, Residential Design and Construction Guidelines (hereafter, Guidelines). The Guidelines is developed by the engineers of Build Change and its partners based on their technical reconnaissance after the 2013 earthquake in Bohol on October 15, 2013, and Typhoon Haiyan on November 8, 2013. The Guidelines are centered on the observations of typical residential construction and damage in these areas and the requirements of the 2010 National Structural Code of the Philippines. The Guidelines provide illustrated and simple instructions on residential construction, making them accessible to homeowners and local builders. The Guidelines are designed for disaster-resistant, permanent low-rise housing construction, endorsed by the Department of Public Works and Highways of the Philippines (in March 2016). Increasing understanding and application of the Guidelines in residential construction in earthquake- and typhoon-prone areas will increase the structural safety of houses and the country's resiliency.

COVID-19 pandemic was one of the most severe sources of disruptions that recently threatened the supply chain networks. As such disruptions are inevitable in today's business world, learning lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic can significantly help supply chains prepare for future disruptions. This study aims to investigate how Australian supply chains were affected during the COVID-19 pandemic and provide some key resilience strategies to face disruptions. These strategies can assist SC managers in protecting their networks from possible disruption in future.
