As in today’s workplace, firms are thriving to achieve their stability and cope up with the performance to remain competitive as for that appropriate talent is required to meet up the needs and fulfill the challenges, concerning certain factors: work environment and other compensation factors show positive association attract talent and maintain their organizational performance. This research tends to find out the mediation effect of talent attraction while gaining organizational performance with the help of compensation and work environment factors among pharmaceutical of Karachi Pakistan with the sample of 220 extracted of the HR professionals, survey method with likerd questionnaire approach is used to find the consistency and accuracy of the data related to the respondents with the help of Smart pls and SEM technique relationship among various variables are find out. Although findings reveal that work environment certain factors such supervisor support, work-life balance, the physical working condition shows a positive association with the attraction of the talent and maintain organizational performance similar goes with direct and indirect compensation as they found relatable well secured and comforted environment talent is attracted apart from that they also looked to gain certain skills, development opportunities, and professional growth. This research is limited to the pharmaceutical sector of Karachi Pakistan and the results are also restricted to the boundaries, moreover, generalizability is low as we cannot implement the results overall.

The study aimed to know the positive impact of TQM, EO, and OI on OP, in addition to the indirect impact of TQM, EO, and OI on OP when using CA as an intermediary variable. The study sample consisted of all (307) employees in senior and middle departments working in total quality. Random sampling was the sampling technique strategy used in this study. For the measurements in this investigation, a closed questionnaire from previous research was used. The primary data analysis technique in this study was to evaluate the measurement model and structural model using SmartPLS (4.01). The discriminant and convergent validity of the measurement model was assessed. The results of the study show that in addition to having a direct and positive effect on OP, TQM, EO and OI also have an indirect and positive effect on OP when CA is used as a mediating variable. According to the study, OI, TQM, and EO should receive equal attention from major local industrial enterprises operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As one of the most important management strategies for advancing management thought, large local Saudi industrial companies should also implement and ensure the success of a management program. Comprehensive quality and pioneering orientation. These strategies have been proven to be successful in helping organizations solve problems related to productivity or service quality.

This study extends the Dellon-McLean model by including training quality as a key factor in the success of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the banking sector of Saudi Arabia. The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between quality of information, systems quality, training quality and organizational performance. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from employees in the banking sector. The results show a significant positive relationship between information quality, system quality, training quality, and organizational performance. Training quality emerged as the most important determinant of organizational performance. The findings suggest that organizations should invest in improving training quality to improve their MIS and improve overall organizational outcomes. This information helps to understand the factors affecting MIS success and provides useful implications for organizations seeking to optimize their information systems.

The purpose of the present paper was to explore whether total quality management (TQM) mediated the influence of market orientation (MO) on organizational performance (OP). The study was conducted using a quantitative way of investigation with the help of the survey instrument as the primary tool for data collection. Firm ICT managers completed the survey, and the data collected was used to explore the pathways proposed. After having been collected, the data were screened using the SPSS 26 version, and the hypothesized correlations were tested using the same data. The results indicate that both MO and TQM had significant impacts on OP. Such a connection was also impacted by the implementation of TQM. The information and communication technology (ICT) industry is popular among developing countries and is considered as one of the most employers and tools that fasten economic progress. The results provide new insights into the relationships and impacts of MO and TQM on organizational performance to owners/managers, practitioners, and academicians in the ICT sector. The owners and managers can serve as the guidelines to make better decisions in implementing MO with TQM standards to outperform in all aspects and sustain market competition. The owners and managers are advised to develop better strategies to adopt MO and TQM plans into more effective and performance-oriented approaches. This study is the first to do empirical research on the connections between overall quality management, market orientation, and organizational performance in the ICT sector of an Arab developing country.

It is still necessary to conduct additional research to fill the information gap concerning the effect of TQM approaches on sustainable practices and overall organizational performance in the Jordan Tourism sector. The study will place a particular emphasis on the significance of TQM methodologies and sustainable practices in enhancing organizational dynamics and competitiveness. The research chose the following TQM practices: supplier partnership, leadership commitment, quality management system, and teamwork and collaboration to measure their impacts on building sustainable practices and improving organizational performance through distributed 221 research questionnaires and retrieved 187 valid data. The Jordanian tourism industry will serve as the setting for an examination into the relationship between TQM methodologies, sustainable practices, and organizational outcomes. The analysis will be carried out through the utilization of a case study technique in the Jordan tourism board which is considered the largest tourism institution in Jordan's tourism sector. The research endeavors to provide significant insights into the effectiveness of TQM implementation and provides information concerning the impact that TQM has on sustainable practices and the overall performance of organizations. The findings of the research are intended to provide practical consequences for businesses that cater to tourists in Jordan in the goal of achieving a sustained competitive advantage and improving overall performance. The significance of adopting TQM principles into sustainable operations will be brought into crystal clearer focus. Businesses in the tourist industry can intentionally implement and make use of TQM techniques to improve their sustainable practices, improve the quality of their services, and ultimately boost their competitiveness in the market and increase their chances of success. This research aims to present empirical data on the impact of TQM approaches on sustainable practices and overall organizational performance in the Jordanian tourism industry.

This study aims to evaluate the influence of green supply chain management (GSCM) on organizational performance, taking into account the mediating role of innovation orientation. This study serves as a crucial resource for the e-commerce sector, providing insights to identify operational gaps and to implement cutting-edge GSCM practices. The findings are valuable for organizations aiming to refine their processes and achieve their business goals in a competitive environment. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, this study examines the online retail industry in the UAE. A convenience clustered sample of 165 companies in Dubai was analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 to identify patterns and insights. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between GSCM and organizational performance. Innovation orientation emerges as a substantial mediating factor, highlighting its crucial role in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This research paves the way for future studies to explore additional influential factors within the online retail sector. Investigating the roles of customer satisfaction and loyalty as independent variables, along with digitalization as a mediating factor, could provide comprehensive insights into their collective impact on organizational performance. For the online retail sector, the adoption of innovative GSCM practices, such as green purchasing and investment recovery, is essential to improve organizational performance. The expanding trend of e-commerce highlights the potential for organizations to examine various factors that contribute to sustainable competitive advantages.

The main aim of the current study is to assess the relationship between knowledge management (KM) capabilities and organizational performance (OP) in developed nations. In addition, this study also aims to assess the moderating influence of transformational leadership (TL) between KM infrastructure (KMCI) and organizational performance (OP) of the Jordanian service and tourism sectors. In this study, it’s suggested that KMCI and its components will directly affect OP. In addition, it’s expected that TL moderates the relation between study variables. Purposive sampling was used to gather data from the service and tourism sectors in Jordan, as it is the population of this study. Partial Least Squares was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that KMCI and its components significantly affect OP. TL moderated the effect of KMCI on OP. It is advised for decision-makers to concentrate on KMCI, create the proper culture and organizational structure, and improve its technologies to support the growth of KM activities in Jordanian service and tourism sectors.

Enhancing employee loyalty to the company is essential to maximize corporate ability and achieve respective goals, as employees are the most valuable resource. Hence, managing human resources in organizations is key to achieving contemporary business success. The current study aims to assess the impact of human resource management practices (HRM) on organizational performance with employee engagement as a potential mediator. This study was conducted on Jordanian tourism projects. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed with 237 returned. The data were analyzed through the partial least squares (PLS) software. Resultantly, performance appraisal and employee engagement significantly and positively impacted organizational performance. Recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, and performance appraisal also significantly and positively impacted employee engagement. Employee engagement significantly mediated the impact of performance appraisal on recruitment, selection, and compensation with organizational performance.

Today, there is a need to develop businesses procurement activities through adopting agile and sustainable procurement practices. The key aim of this research is to identify the influence of both procurement agility and sustainability on organizational performance. The study creates a relationship between the procurement agility and procurement sustainability in the organizational performance with the mediating role of corporate governance. The research framework involves two critical predictors including procurement agility and procurement sustainability. The data was collected with a quantitative cross-sectional methodology within UAE’s business entities context through adaptation of a well-designed questionnaire that was distributed to different businesses like Aviation, Hospitality and Telecommunication (320 responses). The study findings supported a hypothesized model with a significant influence of procurement agility and procurement sustainability on organizational performance. In addition, corporate governance mediated the relationship between procurement agility and organizational performance. The study concluded with the growing non-traditional procurement activities for better organizational outcomes.

This research investigated how digital transformation affects the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance among private banks in Baghdad, Iraq. The study population consisted of 5,000 individuals holding various positions, including general manager, deputy general manager, department head, section head, and employee. To obtain a representative sample, the researchers employed the stratified equal random sampling method and randomly selected participants. As a result, a total of 406 questionnaires were distributed. However, only 197 questionnaires were valid and suitable for analysis, representing a percentage of 49% of the distributed questionnaires. The primary means of gathering information was through a questionnaire, and the data obtained were analyzed using inferential statistical techniques. The research findings indicated that the different aspects of entrepreneurial orientation, such as being proactive, taking risks, and flexibility, had a significant and beneficial influence on the organization's overall performance and its ability to operate effectively and engage socially. Nonetheless, the innovation aspect did not have a notable impact on the performance of the organization and its related dimensions. In addition, the research indicated that digitalization has a beneficial impact on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and the performance of an organization, making it more powerful. The research suggested that private banks operating in Baghdad province ought to promote innovation, foster productive social interactions, enhance their operational efficiency, facilitate digital transformation, and leverage their moderating influence to improve the performance of the organization by boosting entrepreneurial orientation.
