Social media is becoming more and more popular as a medium for marketing and promotion. Banks, for example, have spent a substantial amount of time, efforts, as well as finances marketing their products. Nevertheless, figuring out how businesses may use social media marketing to reach customers and encourage them to remain loyal is really a challenge. Therefore, the study purpose is to identify as well as test the key sections of social media marketing that can anticipate improvements in customer experience. The conceptual framework was proposed using seven variables (performance expectancy, hedonic incentive, and habit) from the expanding Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2), as well as interactivity, information quality, perceived relevance and purchase intention. The research data was gathered through 437 questionnaires from banks customers. The validity of the existing model and the strong impact of performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, interactivity, information quality, and perceived relevance on customer experience were significantly supported by the primary results of structural equation modeling (SEM). This research should give marketers with a lot of theoretically and practically recommendations on how to organize and conduct social media marketing effectively.

Since COVID-19 became a pandemic, the global economy has been dramatically affected. Not just that, the consumer behavior in the retail market has also changed. This paper aims to examine the effect of the coronavirus crisis on consumer behavior in retail services. The paper will focus on retail banking services, especially the Jordanian banking sector. The goal of the study was achieved by conducting a survey among Jordanian consumers in the retail banking sector, which was done using questionnaires, a sample of 240 retail customers from 14 valid participants. The paper brings new insight into how the pandemic affected retail banking services and proves the acceptance of online and banking in the conceptual model. The results show that the variables around attitudes toward the internet and mobile banking were directly and positively affected by the variables related to the perception of the pandemic's impact on the consumer's lifestyle. Other variables such as the safety of using online and mobile banking services and phones also contributed to this rise in a positive attitude. The Trust in Mobile and internet banking has several administrative and social implications, which were also discussed. Because new consumption behavior models are being developed, mobile and internet services could prevail even after the later stages of the epidemic. Initiatives to provide online educational programs, especially financial courses, should be intensified by the banks in Jordan to enable their customers to be familiar with the use of the banks' online banking services. They should enhance their communication with their customers and offer new products and services while also showing flexibility while negotiating to refinance and loaning terms.

The psychometric properties of the Absorptive capacity construct have been assessed in this study in the context of Pakistan. A total of 201 bank managers were included in the survey. Data analysis using the Smart PLC 3.0 revealed that the scale has satisfactory level of internal consistency reliability, conversion validity and discriminant validity. The findings refer to the fact that the ACAP construct could be responsively used in measuring the absorptive capacity in the banking sector of Pakistan.

This study aimed to determine the intention of ATM users in Jordan to use internet banking services by investigating the effect of web-related features on their intention to use internet banking. The study sample was randomly selected. The results indicated that the level of internet banking usage among employees who use the ATM service is still underutilized. Also, computer self-efficacy significantly mitigated the effect of perceived risk, website quality, and perceived benefit on customers' intent to use online banking but did not significantly mitigate the impact of perceived use and compatibility on customers' intent to use online banking. The results can be useful for commercial banks that have implemented online banking in all their applications or are planning to do so. The study also provides benefits to academic researchers interested in the topic researched, commercial banks, commercial bank customers.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between stock market development, business cycle and risk of the banks. The statistical population of the study is all banks whose shares were accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2015. The study selects 10 banks, which were active throughout the entire research period on the stock market. The research data were extracted from the financial statements of the companies and analyzed using regression models based on panel data. The research findings show that there was a direct and significant relationship between stock market development and risk of banks. In addition, the effect of stock market development on risk of banks was different in the presence or absence of a crisis, and the financial crisis in banks reduced the impact of the financial development on the risk of banks. The results also show that during the periods of commercial boom, the effect of the financial market development on the risk of banks was more than the periods of the recession.

Research has been done on evaluating the performance more emphasis either on the technical aspects of the performance evaluation or considers only one aspect of banks such as sales, revenue, etc. This paper presents an empirical investigation to measure the relative efficiency of different banks using a hybrid of K-means and Grey relational analysis. The study uses eight criteria such as resources, customer satisfaction, etc. for clustering different banks and using Grey relational analysis provides ranking of different branches of a bank named Bank Qarzol Hasane Resalat located in city of Tehran, Iran. The preliminary study has indicated that the proposed model of this paper may capable of providing some promising results.
