This study purposes to discover the interactive relationship between credit growth and profitability and to examine factors that affect the credit growth and profitability of people's credit funds (PCFs). After regression analysis on a set of panel data from 2013 to 2018 on 24 selected PCFs, it appeared that deposit growth and loan-to-deposit ratio had positive relationships with credit growth, and capital adequacy ratio and profitability had negative relationships with credit growth of PCFs. The age of PCFs has a positive relationship with profitability, while the credit growth, debt-to-equity ratio, non-performing loan ratio, economic growth and inflation have negative relationships with profitability of PCFs. The study found the credit growth and profitability have relationships with each other in a contrary trend. Based on the findings the study proposes policy measures that could be implemented by the managers to increase PCFs’ credit growth rate and profitability.

The boom of real estate has been a motivating force for economic growth in India for the past few years. However, the Real Estate (RE) market of India is still in the embryonic phase and juvenile. In the context of the real estate projects, it is a general situation observed that such projects cannot meet the target as the Indian real estate companies are deficient in scientific management technology to confront the risks. The research paper aims to focus mainly on constraints and demurral of Risk Management (RM) in RE firms of India to investigate findings for the same in the Indian Real estate market and further focusing on RE projects of Ahmedabad. The paper is mostly founded on an overview of individuals who are straightforwardly or firmly identified with the administration and the RE business in India. The questionnaire survey shall be targeted over the five prime territories of Ahmedabad. This research further highlights to concerned identified primary critical risk factors (by Criticality Index Method) influencing the residential real estate market and then developing a framework for assessing the factors carrying out the quantitative analysis using various analytical methods of SPSS software, Factor analysis, ANOVA and Post-Hoc Test. The validation of the results has been done through a survey of experienced experts. The critical risks identified based on the questionnaire survey are modeled through the decision tree diagram.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of taxpayer knowledge and taxation socialization on taxpayer compliance mediated by taxpayer awareness. This study uses purposive sampling for determining respondents from taxpayers of free workers registered in the west Semarang, Indonesia. Data is analyzed using regression and path analysis. The results of the study reveal that taxpayer knowledge and taxation socialization had a significant effect on taxpayer compliance and awareness. Taxpayer awareness further partially mediates the relationships between taxpayer knowledge and taxation socialization on taxpayer compliance. Therefore, for developing Indonesian economy, the government should provide an understanding that people are required to pay taxes voluntarily and with full awareness as good citizens.

This paper illustrates an innovative manufacturing procedure for producing handcrafted interlocking stabilized compressed earth blocks (ISCEBs). A comparison of the mechanical properties of ISCEBs is conducted to assess the influence of varying components. The ISCEBs are manufactured by employing different block densities with three distinct mixtures (earth, earth and lime, earth and straw) and by using a human-powered machine named Float RAM 1.0 Press. The manual press was conceived for regions with limited access to technology and allows the production of interlocking blocks via two modes of compaction: mono-directional and bi-directional. A production average of approximately 30 blocks/hour corresponding to the work of three people is achieved. Three-point bending tests and uniaxial compression tests are carried out to investigate the ISCEB mechanical behaviour. The improvements obtained by incorporating additives into the subset of ISCEBs made from a pure earth mixture are tested. The aim of this work is to identify, for this specific technology, the relationship between production parameters and the consequent behaviour of different stabilization methods. A correlation is found between the compaction force and the compression strength of ISCEBs. The addition of lime increases strength and causes the blocks to exhibit a brittle behaviour. Moreover, the incorporation of straw fibres improves the tensile strength and ductility without significantly affecting the compression strength of the blocks. Energy-based parameters are obtained for all the tests, allowing the assessment of the ISCEB mechanical and dissipation properties.

In the context of globalization and fierce competition in world markets, the high level of investment activity in the country is a key to economic and innovative development. The high level of wear and tear of fixed assets in developing countries gives special relevance to solving the problem of attracting investments for production development. Hence, for the investment management system choosing an optimal variant among several available investment projects is one of the most responsible stages of ensuring the stable operation and sustainable development of an enterprise. In this regard, the aim of the article is to develop a comprehensive multi-criteria approach to choose the best investment option. The article analyzes the existing methodological approaches to assess the economic efficiency of the investment projects, identifies their advantages and disadvantages. A multi-criteria method of investment project evaluation is proposed, which is characterized by the absence of restrictions on the number of individual evaluation indicators and the possibility for the investor to determine the significance of every indicator using weights independently. The use of the proposed methodology by enterprises will improve the quality of management decisions at the stage of choosing the optimal investment option.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing non-performing loans in companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Banking sector. All banks in Indonesia carefully review their Non-Performing Loans. According to the Central Bank regulations, the non-performing loan is at a maximum of 5%. Exceed the percentage; there will be one of the indications that the bank is experiencing difficulties and could potentially endanger business continuity. The researchers use the micro-economic and several macro-economic variables to predict the influencing factors toward the non-performing loan. Microeconomic variables studied are the ratio of bank capital to assets (CAP), the loans to deposits (LTD) ratio, the return to assets (ROA) ratio and the ratio of return to equity (ROE). Macroeconomic variables are the ratio of public sector debt to gross domestic product (DEBT), the surplus or deficit of the government budget to gross domestic product (FISCAL) ratio, the percentage increase in gross domestic product (GDP), annual inflation rate (INFL), and percentage of job seeker level (UNEMP). Researchers used some regression methods to analyze the results and the samples taken by researchers were companies listed in the banking sector during the period 2014-2017, and macroeconomic data in Indonesia during that year.

The study examines the impact of official development assistance (ODA) in constructing road transport infrastructure on Vietnam’s economic growth. The authors select gross domestic product (GDP) to represent economic growth and test the influence of ODA in constructing road traffic infrastructure on Vietnam's GDP. Based on the references and analysis of previous studies, the authors propose an impact assessment model of ODA in constructing road transport infrastructure, Foreign direct investment (FDI), Domestic Investment (VDT) and Labor Force (Labor) to economic growth through GDP as a dependent variable. The regression results show that the ODA had a positive impact on GDP. Moreover, ODA plays an important role in constructing road transport infrastructure on Vietnam’s economic growth.

Simulation and visualization of the mechanical components have become a predominant phase during the design and the production stages. Several means are used to improve the design and to reduce study time. Today, the powerful hardware and the software available on the market have contributed greatly on the improvement of design, visualization and manufacturing process of complex parts (turbine blade). In this context, our study is a contribution to the establishment of a methodology to a CAD modelling and finite element analysis, which allows us to identify the mechanical behavior of a gas turbine blade. The profile of the blade turbine model is obtained after regeneration using the CATIA V5R20 software from the retro-design technique using a FARO-type scanner. The turbine blade is analyzed under a static mechanical behavior. It has been observed that the maximum stresses and deformations are located in the vicinity of the root and the upper surface along the turbine blade. On the other hand, the elastic energy is located at a distance from the root of the turbine blade.

Evaluating the socio-economic efficiency of scientific and technological topics/projects after acceptance is very difficult because it is not easy to find common ground on the criteria for evaluating the socio-economic efficiency of topics/ projects of different research fields. Hence, depending on researchers’ views, the evaluation criteria or the weight of evaluating the socio-economic efficiency of each topic/project should be different. This study uses the expert method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the criteria and to calculate weights for criteria on five scientific fields according to scientific sub-disciplines in Binh Dinh province, including agricultural science, natural science, social sciences and humanities, medical science, engineering and technological sciences. Our research shows that the evaluation of the socio-economic efficiency of the provincial topics/projects should be based on eight aspects, including science, technology, economics, environment, culture - society, information - management, and education. At the same time, the results also identified a set of common criteria for evaluating the socio-economic efficiency of topics/projects and suggested how to calculate points and to rank the effectiveness of topics/projects. However, the weight of the criteria and the composition of each criterion is different.

A reverse supply chain is viewed as a process from consumption point to recovery point and the management of domestic waste is considered as a specific and complex reverse supply chain. This important sector represents a high challenging problem for our cities, constrained by financial, social, health and environmental considerations. This paper proposes multicriteria decision aid to help choose an efficient domestic waste management strategy. In fact, Multicriteria decision making techniques are considered as a key option to solve this type of problems, giving a solution that represents a good compromise between different preferences. The adopted approach consists in outranking a set of candidate management plans using a method based on partial aggregation criteria. This model is applied on a real case study of an Algerian city and to validate the obtained results, a deep sensitivity analysis is carried out, giving the most appropriate plans.
