Tourism infrastructure development in different regions of the world does not follow a symmetrically equal pattern. Because of the importance of infrastructure in the tourism development, the present research is an attempt to examine the hard elements of tourism infrastructure in different provinces of Iran, using the indicators proposed by Pearce and Wu (2015) [Pearce, P. L. & Wu, M. Y. (2015). Soft infrastructure at tourism sites: identifying key issues for Asian tourism from case studies. Tourism Recreation Research, 40 (1), 120-132.]. To accomplish this, the data registered in the statistical yearbook of the Statistical Center of Iran were investigated. The method of research was analytical survey. To analyze and rank the data collected from the yearbook, VIKOR and TOPSIS methods were employed. The results of the analysis show that Tehran Province was under the best conditions of the Iranian tourism infrastructure, whereas Ilam Province was under the worst condition. The results about the condition of hard tourism infrastructure in the provinces of Iran, next to their tourism potentials, can provide necessary data for the future planning of the industry.

This study is to examine the effects of service quality, customer relationship learning, product quality, and customer engagement on increasing customer value. The researchers propose a model, and plan to show the concept of customer engagement variables as intervening variables. The study population includes the customers of Bank Jatim and uses the SEM analysis and the purposive sampling method for 384 respondents. The proposed model shows customer engagement acts as a good intervening variable. Customer value increases, as customer engagement increases. Finally, customer relationship learning determines the value of the existence of customer engagement in bank service customers.

Road accidents are an essential issue for every country in the world because their consequences are devastating for the people involved in all senses. Speeding has been considered one of the main reasons for these tragedies. Therefore, the current research analyzed the relationship between speeding and severe accidents on the Pan-American highway in Peru. Publicly available data kept in a Peruvian official agency was employed. Methodologically, the logit regression was harnessed since the data were categorical. After the analysis, the research found that it was riskier to have severe accidents than speeding in urban areas crossing the highway and driving or being inside a truck.

This study aims to examine whether or not Kuwaiti banks are overstaffed based on the data of ten Kuwaiti banks listed at Kuwait stock exchange (KSE) over the period 2010-2018. Using panel regression analysis, the results show that six banks were overstaffed while the remaining four banks were understaffed. Kuwait Finance House (KFH) was the most overstaffed bank in Kuwait while Commercial bank was the most understaffed bank. Gulf bank was the closest to the estimated number of staff followed by AlAhli bank. The results also revealed that there was a statistically significant inverse relationship between staffing level and return on assets (ROA) while, on the other hand, there was a statistically significant direct relationship between total assets and the number of branches with staffing level.

Of all the current challenges faced by Jordan, the most severe is the inadequacy of the water supply. The country is almost entirely reliant on rainfall, whose pattern, however, is highly variable in terms of its frequency, regularity, and quantity. Evidently, therefore, the ability to anticipate rainfall accurately is critically important for the effective planning and management of water resources in Jordan, and particularly in agricultural areas. Influenced by a range of factors such as temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed, rainfall is a stochastic process. This paper suggests the use of a fuzzy model that draws upon data gathered at 26 stations situated in a range of locations throughout Jordan. The model is capable of forecasting seasonal rainfall relating to a specific station. Its ability to deliver predictions with an acceptable degree of accuracy has been demonstrated, and it can be concluded from this that the fuzzy technique can provide a model that is capable of efficiently forecasting seasonal rainfall.

In this study, a single product is considered which starts to deteriorate with constant rate of replenishment and demand rate is time and price dependent exponential function. Shortage is allowed with partial back logging and the relationship between backorder rate and waiting time is considered to be exponential. The aim is to decide pricing strategy and maximize total average profit function. Total profit function is optimized analytically and proved to be concave function of price. Finally, numerical example is given to illustrate the implementation of the algorithm followed by the sensitivity analysis.

In this study, (72) financial managers and managers of the accounting department within the pharmaceutical industry in Jordan during the fiscal year 2019-2020 were exposed to a questionnaire in order to examine the influence of AIS applications on the outcomes of accounting corporate governance. Researcher adopted accounting governance variables from different studies and included Control, Commitment to Accounting Standards, Performance Evaluation and Add Confidence and Credibility to the survey. Results of study indicated an influence of all given variables of accounting governance on the outcomes of corporate governance which is attributed to the quality of accounting information and making sure that all information given are based on the standards of accounting. Some recommendations were presented with the study later on.

The aim of the study is to explore the impact of Social Media Marketing on Brand Loyalty. It focused on customers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) specializing in the fashion products retail in Saudi Arabia. An online instrument was created through Google Forms and published on social media of SMEs that trade in fashion. In total, (1692) responses were received. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test hypotheses. The results of the research showed that all dimensions of social media marketing had a positive impact on brand loyalty. The highest impact was for social media word of mouth. The study recommends the issuance of more legal legislation to protect user privacy and prevent its penetration, in addition to enacting laws that punish bad use of networks, which increases customers' trust in these sites and motivates them to carry out many marketing campaigns.

In this paper, a mathematical model for multi-product inventory management in a three-tier supply chain consisting of multi-supplier, a manufacturer, and several retailers is presented. The model determines different factors such as the optimum ordering of the raw materials and the optimal level of the production items with the optimal order of the products by retailers at each level of the chain, with the objective of minimizing inventory management costs in the supply chain. An algorithm is presented to determine the solution of the problem and the implementation of the proposed method is demonstrated using some numerical example.

This paper examines the effects of the business environment on the labor productivity of Vietnamese manufacturing firms in the period of 2010-2018 using enterprise-level panel data drawn from Vietnamese Annual Enterprise Censuses and province-level surveys of the Provincial Competitiveness Index. Results show that in addition to traditional determinants, variables related to ease of business are found to contribute significantly to the labor productivity throughout the sample. The results support the arguments that Vietnam’s government policy in building a good business environment plays a crucial role in stimulating the economic growth, especially in terms of a broaden base for the economic development. Empirical studies about the in-depth effects of institutional changes on the labor productivity in the manufacturing industries will be fruitful research agenda.
