This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different factors influencing on employment of accounting graduates in Hanoi, Vietnam. The necessary data were collected using some questionnaires from ac-counting graduates working for enterprises in the area of Hanoi, Vietnam. Based on the data collected, Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression model were implemented for learning the effect of each independent variable on employment of accounting graduates. The results show that five determinants including accounting student factor (ASPF), Part-time work before graduation (PWBG), information technology (IT), University factors (UF) and Related legal and policy environment (RLPE) had posi-tive relationships with the employment of accounting graduates. Based on the findings, some recommenda-tions were given for improving the employment of accounting graduates in the area of Hanoi, Vietnam.

The objective of this study was to examine the role of sustainable human resources management (HRM) in supply chain, profitability and resource utilization. The mediating role of operational accuracy was also examined. Finally, the relationship between sustainable HRM, operational accuracy, supply chain, profitability and resource utilization were also examined. The relationship was investigated among the cement manufacturing companies and cement manufacturing companies of Indonesian were selected for the purpose of this study. Finally, data were collected from the Indonesian companies and employees of these companies were the respondents of the study. Finally, 450 questionnaires were distributed among the cement manufacturing companies. The results of the study show that sustainable HRM has a major role to increase operational accuracy. Sustainable HRM practices had a positive effect on supply chain, profitability and resource utilization. Moreover, operational accuracy maintained a positive role to enhance supply chain, profitability and resource utilization among the cement manufacturing companies. Moreover, sustainable HRM showed positive role in operational accuracy and operational accuracy showed positive role to enhance supply chain, profitability and resource utilization.

Kuwait’s SMEs contribute to the economic growth of the country by creating productive jobs for Kuwaiti youth and professionals and improving income diversification. SMEs in Kuwait are faced with numerous challenges and these problems must be addressed to achieve and ensure longer-term success and better performance. This paper seeks to examine the relationship between the determinants of organizational performance such as entrepreneurial leadership (EL), learning orientation (LO), and innovation capacity (IC) of Kuwaiti's Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The study used a quantitative method. A survey questionnaire was administered to gather the data, where the useable data was obtained from 384 of the 500 SME owners and CEOs in Kuwait. The outcomes of this study indicate that entrepreneurial leadership and learning orientation had positive and significant implication on organizational performance. Moreover, the innovation capacity is also found to be a significant mediator in the relationships.

The aim of this study is to explore benchmarking reasons and their effects on benchmarking success from the perspectives of university managers in different management levels. Six reasons were examined for their role in benchmarking success. These reasons are top management support, university internal assessment, employee participation, benchmarking benefits, benchmarking competitor, and benchmarking partner. Data were gathered by a questionnaire distributed to managers from all levels in public universities. The questionnaire was developed based on related works on benchmarking. Two hundred questionnaires were distributed to the sample members and 167 questionnaires were returned with a response rate of 83.5%. The results indicated university internal assessment is the most influential reason for benchmarking success, followed by benchmarking benefits, benchmarking partner, top management support, and finally, employee participation. It was found that benchmarking competitors had no effect on benchmarking success. Therefore, universities are called for considering such reasons when heading for benchmarking. Researchers also are requested to validate such findings and to explore more reasons for benchmarking success.

This study aims to investigate the effects of internal barriers, including personal traits and cognitive condi-tions, and external barriers, including normative and regulative structures, on entrepreneurial intention among Vietnamese students. By collecting data from 437 students at high schools, universities and colleges in Vietnam, authors employ a quantitative method such as certain descriptive statistics, explorative analysis (EFA), KMO and Bartlett test, correlation coefficient analysis, and logistic regression to examine the relationship be-tween entrepreneurial barriers with different issues including personal traits, cognitive condition, normative and regulative structures, and entrepreneurial intention. The research results show that all four independent variables; namely barriers related to personal traits, cognitive condition, normative and regulative structures had negative effects on entrepreneurial intention. Particularly, cognitive conditions are seen as the most influential barrier to entrepreneurial intention, followed by personal traits, regulative and normative structures.

South Korean manufacturers have dealt with supply chain interruptions from the COVID-19 pandemic as many other manufacturers have around the world; however, it seems that some Korean manufacturers are remarkably resilient. Many Korean manufacturers have withstood perilous supply chain dynamism and maintained operational performance without interruption. This study examines the antecedents of supply chain resilience and operational performance to suggest how other manufacturers can develop and maintain continuous uninterrupted operations even amid dynamic supply chains and global disruption. This is an empirical study of South Korean manufacturers utilizing PLS-SEM analysis with mediation effects. This study examines the interrelationships of six variables including, supply chain disruption orientation, management’s intention, digital infrastructure capability, innovation adoption, supply chain resilience, and operational performance. The implications are meaningful for both scholars and practitioners alike. This paper contributes to literature pertaining to both supply chain management and technology assimilation.

Customer loyalty plays an important role for the success of aviation companies. Most airlines companies rec-ognized that a frequent flyer is about 10 times more valuable than an associational flyer. As a result, it is essen-tial to evaluate determinants of Vietnamese frequent flyers related to loyalty toward American-based airlines like Delta Air Lines. The customer loyalty was impacted by service quality, brand image, perceived value, pric-ing policy, and customer satisfaction. A sample of 300 Vietnamese frequent flyers of Delta Air Lines was col-lected for this study. The primary data was analyzed with SPSS and AMOS. The results indicate that service quality had no impact on customer loyalty of Delta Air Lines frequent flyers in Vietnam while the rest variables maintained some effects. There were several limitations of this study such as sampling, questionnaires design, and data collection. This research also contributed implications for further studies about customer loyalty in aviation industry.

This study investigates the impact of business analytics (BA) on supply chain performance (SCP) in Saudi industrial companies. It also investigates the mediating impact of information systems supporting (ISS) and business process orientation (BPO). A total of 373 respondents working in 38 manufacturing companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) were selected. A scale with acceptable validity and reliability indicators was developed to measure the study variables. The results indicated significant indirect impact of the business analytics (planning, supply, make, delivery) on supply chain performance as ISS and BPO mediate this impact. Based on the results, a set of recommendations were proposed, industrial companies in KSA must develop the analytical capabilities for managers by increasing awareness of the benefits achieved from using business analytics approaches. It is a critical precedent for supply chain SC efficiency, and for companies to enhance their analytical capabilities with good ISS and process orientation to utilize in analyzing vast amounts of internal and external data. Directions for future research are also presented in this paper.

The aim of this research is to analyze leadership style, work-life balance, and employee engagement on the ship crew’s work effectiveness of 290 ship crews. The study is performed using a sample technique through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling taken from the population of 1050 ship crew of passengers of vessel at Port of Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, Indonesia. The study uses quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling, with the help of the Lisrel program. The result of this study shows that leadership style, work-life balance and employee engagement directly and positively influence the work effectiveness. The benefit for Indonesia National Shipping is that through the improvement of leadership style of the officers, work-life bal-ance, and employee engagement, the Indonesia National Shipping may improve the work effectiveness of eve-ry ship crew. The findings provide a model for employee engagement and work effectiveness of national shipping ship crew. The output of this study states that every change in the quality of ship officer’s leadership style, quality of work-life balance and employee engagement directly and positively influenced the ship crew’s work effectiveness of Indonesia National Shipping.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of supply chain management on competitive advantage, the effect of supply chain management on performance and the effect of competitive advantage on performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The object of this research includes all SMEs in Tangerang, the population in this study also covers all 680 Small and Medium Enterprises in Tangerang, Indonesia. The research method uses quantitative methods and the technique used for data collection is by using an online questionnaire. Questionnaires are given to 210 owners or managers of Small and Medium Enterprises who were selected using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data processing tools using SmartPLS software. The results of data analysis show that supply chain management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Supply chain management has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Finally, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on performance.
