Green consumption trends are changing the intention of consumers' choices and purchases. Ecological labels form the role of stimulating acts of purchasing environmentally friendly products and transmitting green product messages. Based on synthetic of intentional behavioral models and theory, this paper presents the results of an empirical study investigating the relationship between eco-label knowledge, consumer’s trust, perceived value, environmental concern, and consumer attitudes from one side and green purchase intention of agricultural products of Hanoi consumers from the other side. Correlation and path analysis are applied to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire survey in Hanoi, Vietnam from December 2018 to March 2019. The analytical results reveal the significant impact of perceived value and environmental concern on consumer attitude which leads to higher green purchase intention. This study helps to clarify new marketing forms through eco-labels, propose management solutions to governments and businesses in such developing countries as Vietnam.

E-commerce can optimize the communications between producers, distributors, consumers, and even policy makers. However, due to many reasons, the application of e-commerce by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing economies is still limited. This study focuses on determining the determinants of the application of E-commerce model in SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City. Then, some policy implications are proposed to promote e-commerce model in SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on the survey of 302 SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City, the paper has employed statistical methods, assessing the reliability by Cronbach's Alpha scale, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), correlation analysis as well as linear regression model (OLS) for analysis. The results show that the enterprise's readiness, awareness of benefits of e-commerce and supporting policies positively affect the application of E-commerce. E-commerce adoption barriers negatively affect E-commerce applications of SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City.

The present study explored the relationship between CEO duality and the scope of CER practices in the yearly reports of Jordanian industrial firms over the period 2009-2018 shaped by the board directors’ political links. To determine the amount of environmental data included in the firms’ yearly reports, the method of content analysis checklist was applied. CEO duality was chosen as an independent variable, which was measured by attributing a score to the existence/non-existence of CEO dual role, whilst the employed moderator variable was the political links and measured by attributing a score to the existence/non-existence of political links among the board directors of the investigated firms. Furthermore, to evaluate how the relationship between CEO duality and CER practices was influenced by political links, the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) and Hayes’ PROCESS macro were adopted. According to the results obtained, the above-mentioned relationship was substantially adversely impacted by political links. Such results could promote better corporate-stakeholder communication, enhancing stakeholders’ awareness of environmental responsibility in the context of Jordan as a developing nation. Therefore, the results have ramifications for the practices employed by firms to report on matters unrelated to finance.

This study was conducted to evaluate the factors affecting work motivation. Ten dimensions of the motivation factors in this study were determined as Achievement, Recognition, Job characteristics, Responsibility, Advancement, and hygiene factors included Work conditions, Supervision, Company Policies, Salary and Relationships used for the proposed model. The research methodology was conducted in a survey with participation of 200 respondents from 15 enterprises. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, factor analysis and regression. The empirical results show that Company policies significantly impacted on Work motivation, whereas Job characteristic had no impact on Work motivation. Finally, the study recommended some solutions to help companies improve their performance.

The aim of this research is to explain the influence of promotional strategy on improving the competitive advantage of the Tenun Ikat industry in Bali Indonesia and its impact on the marketing performance. To achieve this purpose, 100 people, who are the owners or managers of the Tenun Ikat SME in Bali Indonesia, were selected as sample and analyzed using the structural equation modelling (SEM). The results show that promotional strategy had a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage and promotional strategy was greatly capable of improving the competitive advantage. Furthermore, competitive advantage has a positive and significant influence on marketing performance achievement. This means that with a higher competitive advantage, there is a greater marketing performance and competitive advantage was able to significantly mediate the effect of promotional strategy on marketing performance. The research implications contribute to the owners / managers of the SME by advising so that they implement promotional strategies. This includes advertisement activities, sales promotion, and well-performed promotion through social media to improve the competitive advantage and increase in marketing performance.

This study examines the determinants of university students' entrepreneurship intentions. The effects of eleven factors of entrepreneurial intention were investigated, including personality, social, and societal factors. A convenience sampling method and 350 self-administered questionnaires were used for data collection from four Sudanese universities, obtaining a usable response rate of 84.6%. Through Smart PLS, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis and relationship interpretation. The results showed that innovativeness and cultural valuation were positively and significantly associated with students' entrepreneurial intention. This suggests that the government and policymakers should encourage the development of entrepreneurship-fostering environments within universities. Future studies should increase the sample size to generalize the findings and validate new measures for the same study model, and explore a wider Sudanese entrepreneurial field scope.

Customer perceptions is considered to be one of the key factors determining the success of an enterprise e-commerce system. This study analyzed and pointed out the factors affecting customer perceptions for e-commerce systems in Vietnam through a combination of studies on factors affecting customer perceptions. From that, the authors also made a number of recommendations for Vietnamese enterprises in promoting customer perceptions about e-commerce systems. At the same time, the paper also proposes further research issues.

This study seeks to analyze the effect of management commitment to service quality on service performance, the effect of management commitment to service quality on company’s reputation, the effect of service performance to company’s reputation, and the effect of management commitment to service quality on company’s reputation through service performance. The study employed structural equation modeling (SEM) as an analysis technique. The analysis shows that management commitment to service quality had a significant and positive effect on service performance, management commitment to service quality had a significant and positive effect on the company's reputation, service performance affected the company's reputation and management commitment to service quality affected the company's reputation through service performance.

Previous research has concluded how the Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) have huge effect on the world economy. On the other hand, future demands lead SMEs to be able to be innovative in order to compete in the business world. One indicator of the innovative scale of a company is the scale of innovation of its products. This research tries to analyze how the impact of dimensions in technological innovation capabilities (TIC) on the performance of new product development (NPD) on SMEs. There are 7 dimensions in TIC, namely learning capability, R&D capability, resource allocation capability, manufacturing capability, marketing capability, organizing capability and strategic planning capability. The analysis method used in this research is the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The data processed is the result of a questionnaire that was answered successfully by 178 SMEs. The analysis results indicate that the marketing capability, R&D capability and strategic planning capability had significant impacts on the new product development performance.

A transformational leader is able to unite all subordinates and change beliefs, attitudes, and personal goals of all subordinates to achieve his/her goals, and even surpasses the goals set. Support from the leader may motivate the employee to work better, which could affect employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, with employee motivation as an intervening variable. The population of the study includes all 285 employees from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia. The study uses path analysis and the results show that transformational leadership had significant effect on employees’ job performance with job motivation as an intervening variable. Employees’ job motivation also had significant influence on employees’ job performance.
