The purpose of this research is to find a research gap solution between relational capital and marketing performance. This research uses small and medium enterprises (SMEs) networking as a mediating variable, and adds technology capability and new product development as an expansion of research. The research method uses Structural Equation Modeling to test hypotheses and uses WarpPLS 4.0 in data analysis. Simple random sampling is conducted to 170 respondents as owners or managers of SMEs in Indonesia. The findings of this study indicate that the SME networking is an appropriate mediating variable between relational capital and marketing performance since there is a significant effect of relational capital on SMEs networking directly and also a significant effect of SME networking to marketing performance, directly. However, there is no significant effects of technology capability to SMEs networking and also no significant influence from technology capability to new product development. Likewise, there is no significant influence of new product development to marketing performance. This research is very important for SMEs in Indonesia as a solution for facing problems in the future.

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of empowering leadership on organizations outcomes with the mediating role of work engagement, personal group fit and personal job fit. In addition, the study chooses the employee proactive personality as a moderator between empowering leadership and organization outcomes. The study selects a sample of 280 employee of Business park co, a company located in Jordan. To collect the necessary data, a questionnaire was published. Furthermore, this study found an important relationship between employment leadership and organization outcomes. Also, empowering leadership is emphatically affecting the empowering leadership through work engagement with aberrant impact of person job fit and person-group fit. Just as the control examination inspected, the proactive personality expanded empowering leadership direct impact on person-job fit and person-group fit and circuitous impact on work engagement.

Small-medium enterprises (SMEs) have a significant and competitive role to play in the Indonesian economy. Numerous evidences support the fact that the nature of small and medium enterprises is quite prominent in the Indonesian economy. But most SMEs are not able to go up the class due to various weaknesses. One of the weaknesses of SMEs is marketing ability/performance. The purpose of this research to fill in the factor of the research gap between the ability of product innovation to enhance marketing performance. This research proposed Geo-cultural product attractiveness concept and Acculturative Aesthetic Attractiveness concept to connect the gap between product innovation capabilities to improve marketing performance. Samples are obtained from 230 of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Province of South Sulawesi in Indonesia using Purposive Sampling to test our model. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result confirmed the model with variables: Innovation, Geo-cultural product attractiveness, Acculturative Aesthetic Attractiveness, and Marketing performance and indicated that Geo-cultural product attractiveness and Acculturative Aesthetic Attractiveness hold strategic roles in enhancing marketing performance.

Education has become a necessity in this competitive environment for employees. Employees need a way to attain proper education with some degree of flexibility and a practical solution to this problem is Online University. The purpose of this study is to further investigate the factors that can influence purchase intention for Online Universities. Two factors studied in this research are Brand Image and Price Perception with Brand Trust as a Mediator. Data for this research was collected from 400 respondents in South Sumatera specifically Palembang and the object of this research is associated with Online University specifically Binus Online Learning, a popular university in the region of the study. The data collected was analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that there is a positive relationship between Brand Image and Price Perception towards Purchase Intention, Brand Trust is also proven to mediate the relationship between these variables.

This paper examines the technical efficiency of small-scale manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam. The research uses primary data from a survey from June, 2019 to August, 2019 with 321 observations of six subsectors, including Textile, Garment; Building materials; Vegetable, Fruit and Bulb; Manufacture of Steel; Furniture Manufacturing and Food Processing. The research’s results show that the mean technical efficiency was 71.26 percent. However, there are considerable differences between sub-sectors ranging from 55.97 percent to 95.97 percent. The above mentioned results indicate that with the same level of inputs, Vietnamese small size enterprises can increase the present level of output by 44.03 percent; 38.05 percent; 30.92 percent; 26.07 percent; 21.05 percent and 4.08 percent for the sectors of Food Processing, Building Material; Textile, Garment; Vegetable, Fruit and Bulb; Manufacture of Steel and Furniture Manufacturing, respectively. The estimated results further suggest that manufacturing small-scale enterprise in Vietnam should improve their technology, labor quality and the initiative of input materials, especially, the sectors of Textile, Garment; Building Materials and Food Processing in order to move the production frontier upward as their technical efficiency are maintaining at low level.

The purpose of this empirical study is to determine the effect of gender and tenure of decision-makers as moderator variables on the relationship between decision-makers’ behavioral preferences and innovations adoption. This study is motivated by a limited understanding of decision-makers’ behavioral preferences on university’s innovations adoption which is needed to increase the success of university and industry collaboration. The gender variable consists of males and female while the tenure of decision-makers consists of < 5 years and ≥ 5 years. The study distributed questionnaires to 365 decision-makers of food and beverage firms in Jakarta and its surrounding areas. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using SEM PLS. The results show that decision-makers’ behavioral preferences had a significant relationship with innovations adoption. However, none of the moderator variables had any effect on the relationship between decision-makers’ behavioral preferences and innovations adoption. Therefore, the study infer that the gender and tenure of decision-makers did not influence the relationship between decision-makers’ behavioral preferences and innovations adoption.

The objective of this paper is to assess the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on organizational commitment (OC) through organizational trust and organizational identification in Vietnamese pharmaceutical enterprises. The survey results are based on 289 Vietnamese pharmaceutical enterprises, and the results show that CSR activities and policies had a positive impact on organization trust in the organization and positively impact on organizational identification and organizational commitment. Next, the study also conducts a mediate role of organizational trust and organizational identification. The testing results show that organizational trust and organizational identification had a comprehensive mediate role on the relationship between CSR and OC in Vietnamese pharmaceutical enterprises.

The objective of this study is to focus on analyzing the determinants of rural households' migration decisions. The study used data of 385 surveyed samples collected in Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province. The study uses logistic regression to determine the factors affecting the rural households. We have found some important factors affecting household migration decisions, including household living standards, unemployment, lack of arable land, and production. The study offers some meaningful solutions to promote the positivity of the current migration problem in Trieu Son district.

The study aimed to find out the effect of the use of an educational software based on the strategy of artificial intelligence on second grade students’ achievement in mathematics and their attitudes towards it. A quasi-experimental curriculum was adopted, and a sample of (34) students from Tagarob International School in Irbid Qsaba Directorate of education was chosen and distributed into an experimental and control groups randomly. The results of the study revealed statistically significant differences in the post test between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group and control group in favor of the students of the experimental group. Moreover, the results revealed statistically significant differences in the experimental and control group students’ attitudes also in favor of the experimental group student’s attitude.

In addition to implementing the hybrid business strategy, Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bali also accommodate the values of local wisdom in Bali. One of the values of local wisdom in Bali is called Tri kaya Parisudha (TKP). The aim of this study is to determine the effect of service strategies based on TKP and social media promotion on business value and the impact on SME business performance in SMEs. AMOS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is the analysis technique used to examine the hypotheses in this study using a sample consists of 105 people. The results show that (1) TKP-based service strategy has a positive and significant effect on business performance; (2) Social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on business performance; (3) TKP-based service strategy has a positive and significant effect on business value; (4) social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on business value; (5) business value has a positive and significant effect on business performance. The theoretical implications from this research is that the application of service strategy based on TKP and social media promotion is a business strategy that is very important to improve the value of the businesses and to improve their performance.
