The purpose of this paper is to investigate potential links between Blockchain technology (BCT) and big data analytics (BDA) with supply chain risk management (SCRM) and supply chain performance (SCP) in the Jordanian Chemical and Cosmetic Industries Sector. Additionally, the paper tests a conceptual model that links SCRM to indirect effects. To test our proposition, data were collected from 364 employees working in Jordanian Chemical and Cosmetic Industries Sector. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with aid of the Lavaan R package. The results show that the influences of blockchain technology and big data analytics on supply chain performance do occur directly, and indirectly through the cascading of a supply chain risk management.

This study aims to examine the causal relationship between the variables of business competitiveness development, learning orientation, entrepreneurial commitment, and business performance of the silk industry in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all small scale silk industry entrepreneurs, totaling 5,137 businesses spread over 14 districts in Wajo Regency. The size of the research sample based on the Krejcie and Morgan tables is 357. The data analysis technique uses a structural equation model. The results of the analysis show that the development of business competitiveness and learning orientation partially has a significant effect on entrepreneurial commitment. The development of business competitiveness does not have a significant effect on business performance but learning orientation has a significant effect on business performance. Furthermore, the development of business competitiveness and learning orientation has an indirect effect on business performance through entrepreneurial commitment. The research suggestion is that business development that is oriented towards business performance is not sufficient only based on strengthening knowledge and skills but the main thing is related to the development of the personality of the business actor.

This study aims to validate the dimensions of sharia experience quality and to determine the effect of sharia experience quality on customer loyalty by customer satisfaction as mediation variable. The sample technique of this study was a purposive sampling of 150 respondents who conducted financing at Islamic banks. SEM-PLS is used to test hypotheses. The results of the second order evaluation show that integration quality, physical environment quality, outcome quality, compliance sharia knowledge, and responsive religious experience had strong effects on sharia experience quality. Sharia experience quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as a partial mediation of sharia experience quality on customer loyalty.

Businesses play an important role in the economy in most countries. Businesses contribute to increased productivity, output and jobs for the economy. Therefore, governments of countries always create favorable business environments to help businesses operate more efficiently, and thereby contribute to the economy. Transforming the industrial revolution 4.0 has brought businesses certain benefits to operations, improving productivity and efficiency. Using data in real estate businesses, through regression analysis, the research results confirm the technology factor has not yet affected the financial performance of enterprises, which can show that businesses need enough time to absorb technology in production activities to have a change in its output. In addition, there exists the negative relationship of leverage in the business and financial performance. Or it can also be confirmed that enterprises that choose their own capital are often more effective than enterprises that choose capital from loans and external financing. The study also confirms that enterprises with the ability to manage total asset turnover have higher financial efficiency. However, the research shows that interest rates have a negative effect on business operations, businesses with high interest rates have a negative effect on business operations, and vice versa.

Problems related to emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment in the world of education, especially lecturers in providing services for students is relevant in the analysis for the sustainability of the quality of an institution. Thus, this study aims to analyze the increase in organizational commitment in Indonesia by involving 371 lecturers from 19 universities in Bandung. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS was employed in selecting the sample. The results explain emotional intelligence had positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior and on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had positive effects on organizational citizen-ship behavior and on organizational commitment. Organizational citizenship behavior was empirically proven to have a positive effect on organizational commitment. In examining the mediating variable, the results show that emotional intelligence positively influenced the or-ganizational commitment through organizational citizenship, and that job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable.

This study investigates how Total Quality Management (TQM) influences the quality of Health care services in Jordan. To test this relationship, a survey was distributed to 220 employees working at different Jordanian hospitals. The results show significant and positive association between all TQM dimensions (customer focus, top management support, fact-based decision making, employees' involvement, and continuous improvement) and the quality of health care services in Jordan. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of TQM in enhancing the quality of health care service and recommends hospitals ‘management and policy makers to adopt and integrate various TQM practices into the Jordanian health sector.

The study aims at measuring the impact of human resources and information systems strategies on the success of information systems in the industrial companies operating in the Amman stock exchange. The study sample was made up of accounting and finance departments for these companies. The initial data were collected through a questionnaire that designed for this purpose. The results have confirmed a strong impact of information systems strategies on the information systems success. As well, the results have confirmed the impact of information systems strategies on human resources strategies. The study also has proved that human resources strategies have maintained a weak effect on the success of information systems. The study recommends the researchers in this field to re-study this subject by modifying the measuring variables methods, and study other economic sectors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supply chain integration capabilities on operational performance by mediating green supply chain management in manufacturing companies. This research method is quantitative and the sampling method in this study uses probability sampling. The primary data is obtained by distributing 490 online questionnaires to manufacturing companies. Validity and reliability testing were carried out using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and data processing was accomplished using SmartPLS. The findings in this study found that supply chain integration capabilities had a direct positive and significant effect on operational performance while supply chain integration capabilities had a positive and significant effect on green supply chain management. In addition, green supply chain management had a direct positive and significant effect on operational performance. The ability of supply chain integration also maintained a positive and significant effect on operational performance mediated by green supply chain management.

This study aims to investigate the mediating role of employee happiness in the effect of the quality of work-life on employee intention to quit. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed regarding prior related works. It was administered to a sample consisted of 122 employees selected from four fast-food restaurants in Jordan. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modelling via Smart-PLS3; the results revealed that the quality of life had significant direct effects on both employee happiness and employee intention to quit. The first effect was positive, while the second was negative. Employee happiness had a significant impact on employee intention to quit. Consequently, the results indicated that employee happiness played a significant mediating role in the effect of the quality of work-life on employee intention to quit. It was concluded that the quality of work-life is not enough to reduce employee intention to quit, which means that organization should pay great attention to employee happiness to ensure the positive effect of the quality of life and to reduce employee intention to quit.

This research investigates the effect of business continuity management and technology acceptance models towards performance of lecturers moderated by servant leadership. The research respondents were 86 Halmahera University lecturers. The research method used was quantitative method by examining the effect of moderation and the direct effect by the method of interaction. The model was tested with structural equation modeling approach by using Smart PLS software. The results proved that servant leadership was able to influence lecturer performance. Servant leadership could also moderate the effect of business continuity management towards lecturer performance. However, business continuity management and technology acceptance models did not affect lecturer performance independently. Servant leadership also failed to moderate the effect of the technology acceptance model towards lecturer performance. This study recommends that servant leadership be applied at all levels of leadership because of the very important role in triggering lecturer performance. The application of servant leadership can also be combined with business continuity management since the interaction between of the two can improve lecturer performance.
