This paper aims to examine empirically the mediation role of customer satisfaction between service quality, customer perceived value, corporate social responsibility, and brand loyalty at Lebanese private universities. A survey was administered with 378 respondents. A judgmental sample of university students were selected. The framework was tested through structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality and perceived value influence customer satisfaction while satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between perceived value and brand loyalty. Additionally, corporate social responsibility showed insignificant relationship with customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This study proposed that marketers should focus on service quality, customer perceived value and customer satisfaction for increasing brand loyalty in adopting their strategies at Lebanese private universities.

In a diverse and modern organization with high extent of competitiveness within the market, maintaining high performance is of necessity. Talent management practices, when implied and used properly can significantly contribute to an organizations’ degree of overall performance as it has been noted throughout the literature. Employees and individuals seeking professional careers are required to cope with fast-changing environments of their workplaces. The need to constantly improve oneself is a dire one. Current research paper analyzes mediation effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between proactive personality and talent management practices from employee perspective of university academic and administrative staff. Mediation regression analysis (PROCESS) has been used to analyze the gathered data from universities located in North Cyprus, and the accumulated results show a full mediation effect from organizational commitment on the aforementioned relationship. The study contributes to the literature through expansion of proposed model in context of talent management and proactive personality as well as analytical method alongside context of academia. Furthermore, this study provides tangible implications, which can be beneficial for university decision-makers.

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting students’ attitudes and entrepreneurial intention. Quantitative approach was mainly applied with structured questionnaires directly delivered to 2,141 senior students and newly graduates from twelve universities in Ho Chi Minh City. The empirical results show that social norms, personal traits of openness to new experiences, extraversion, conscientiousness, and positive attitudes directly and indirectly affected entrepreneurial intention. In addition, agreeableness and negative attitudes negatively affected entrepreneurial intention. Based on the findings, discussions and practical implications were suggested for improving educational programs that promote the nurture of talented entrepreneurs for the country.

This study identifies the role of religiosity in the willingness to pay for halal transportation among Muslim consumers in Malaysia by applying the ABC theory. Applying a purposive sampling method, data were gathered from questionnaires distributed to Muslim consumers at malls in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. From 250 Muslims who were approached, 200 respondents agreed to answer the questionnaire. SMART-PLS 3.3.2. was used to analyse the data for this study using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. Out of six direct hypotheses tested, five hypotheses were found supported. From four hypotheses on mediation, only one was found as unsupported. Religiosity was found to have a moderation effect between knowledge and the WTP for halal transportation. The findings provide useful information on the WTP for halal transportation. Related parties such as governments, halal transport service providers and customers can use these findings to plan further actions in order to enhance the WTP for halal transportation. The study reveals the capability of the ABC theory to identify the factors of the WTP for halal transportation among Muslim consumers in Malaysia. The findings also show the moderation effects of religiosity on the WTP for halal transportation. The study also incorporates awareness as a mediator and as a sequential mediator within the model. The findings also enrich the literature on the WTP in halal studies.

This study aims to determine the determinants of the electronic distribution of services for tourism and travel organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study uses some descriptive analytical approach in achieving its goals and testing its hypotheses. The study found that there are a set of determinants that stand for the distribution of services of tourist organizations, the most important of which is the weakness of communication and software networks as well as the lack of qualified human resources to manage distribution channels. The study recommends the need to develop communication networks and train human resources to manage electronic distribution channels.

The purpose of this study is to empirically test the impact of employee empowerment on organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction. The non-probability random sampling technique and time lag was used to collect data from 307 employees working at four and five Stars Hotels in two cities Rawalpindi, Islamabad of Pakistan. Smart Partial least squares-structural equation modeling (Smart PLS SEM v.3.2.8) was used to test the hypotheses. The result indicates that employee empowerment has a significant and positive impact on organizational commitment. Also, job satisfaction is considered as a potential mediator between employee empowerment and organizational commitment. Furthermore, to sup-port the results current study used the social exchange theory. Finally, some theoretical and practical contributions to employee empowerment and organizational commitment literature, and research limitations and future directions are presented.

Employee engagement is a concept that is capable of predicting various employee outcomes. It could directly influence the success of any organization and its overall financial performance. The present study was undertaken to determine the relationship between Psychological and Social capitals and employee engagement. Data for the study was collected randomly from 395 respondents. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the collected data. The data was found to be powerfully fitting, with all the indices having values above the thump's identified rules. The results indicated positive relationships between the constructs. The results of the study have multiple theoretical and practical implications.

Strategic IT-business alignment is being expanded by researchers and professionals owing to its beneficial effect on the performance of SMEs. Luftman (2000) [Luftman, J. (2000). Assessing business-IT alignment maturity. Communications of the Association of Information Systems, 4(14), 1–50.] created the Strategic Alignment Model (SAM), which integrates various alignment viewpoints to offer a cohesive perspective on IT-business alignment. While SAM was widely implemented for western IT studies by theoreticians and practitioners, its adoption is not evident in the Middle East with few available studies. The goal of this gap is to examine the effect of small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) in Iraq of three alignment styles (communication, governance and competency) listed in SAM. The findings of the current study verified the beneficial effect of all sorts of IT alignment centered on a survey of 228 owners, IT managers, but the latter has also shown a strong positive influence across various types of alignment. Theory and implementation implications are addressed, and more research recommendations are suggested.

The aim of this study is to provide an insight into the factors that influence the successful implementation of knowledge management and organizational performance in Saudi Arabia’s telecommunications industry. One thousand copies of survey questionnaires were sent to targeted telecommunication organization and they were distributed by hand. Middle management level was chosen to participate in this study due to their importance as stressed by many knowledge management researchers. Out of the 1000 questionnaires distributed, 441 complete questionnaires were successfully collected and used for data analysis. There is still a lack of the knowledge management research in the Saudi Arabia context. The present research focus-es on telecommunication industry in Saudi Arabia. The result of this research will be able to provide an insight into what are the overall perception overall perception of knowledge management and how various knowledge management elements (preliminary success factors, strategies and processes) affect the successful implementation of knowledge management and its organizational performance among the telecommunication organizations in Saudi Arabia. The findings are useful for the telecommunication industry. The present research serves as one of the pioneer studies that focuses on telecommunication industry in Saudi Arabia. The empirical insights from this study contributes to successful implementation of knowledge management in the telecommunication industry in Saudi Arabia.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of e-quality services on consumer satisfaction and loyalty in Nigeria. A cross-sectional research design was adopted using a well-structured questionnaire to elicit information for 408 postgraduate students currently studying in Nigerian universities. The research instrument was validated, while data collected were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for hypotheses testing. The result revealed a statistically significant positive relationship among consumer satisfaction, loyalty, e-service quality and their dimensions while the findings established trust and satisfaction as prominent mediators for online purchases. This research contributes to the study of online shopping and e-loyalty by developing a model on the construct within the e-commerce context and suggesting possible factors that may influence quality service decisions.
