This study investigated the impact of supply chain ambidexterity on supply chain performance (SCP) under uncertainties. The dynamic capability theory of firms was adopted in the supply chain to design a research framework that recommends a supply chain strategy under uncertainties pertaining to inter-island logistics in Indonesia. This study involved the survey of 140 large-scale companies delivering products across the Indonesian islands to identify the supply chain uncertainties by analyzing data using SmartPLS. The supply chain ambidexterity (SAM) was identified to exhibit no direct correlation with SCP; however, agile supply chain (ASC) and lean supply chain (LSC) could indirectly relate the SAM and SCP. For supply chain professionals, the results indicated that SCP cannot be achieved solely through SAM, thereby necessitating the development of LSCs and/or ASCs, driven from SAM, to achieve SCP. Thus, this study empirically confirmed ASC and LSC to be effective practices for mitigating supply chain uncertainties by mediating supply chain ambidexterity on SCP.

This research aimed to examine the effect of the model of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs on SME Innovation (SI) by involving Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) as the mediating variable. This quantitative research used a Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with SEM-PLS 3.2.9 software. Respondents in this research were small businesses as mitra binaan of the Oil and Gas SOE in Wast Java Province, consisting of 87 small businesses or enterprises engaged in fashion, food, beverages, toys, and educational props. Sampling was done using a purposive random sampling technique. The results showed that CSR programs had a significant direct effect on Entrepreneurial Orientation and SME Innovations. It was also found that Entrepreneurial Orientation was significantly and directly correlated with SME Innovations. CSR programs had a significant indirect effect on SME Innovations through Entrepreneurial Orientation. The study confirmed that CSR programs impacted SME Innovations by involving entrepreneurial orientation to strengthen the influence of CSR programs on small businesses.

This study is aimed at analyzing the effect of port service performance, occupational safety, and health, and work safety on loading and unloading productivity and its impact on service user satisfaction at Yos Sudarso Tual Port, Maluku province, in Eastern Indonesia in 2020. What was found was the limited-service performance delivered to service users, resulting in dissatisfaction. This could have implications for the less-than-optimal loading and unloading performance at Yos Sudarso Tual Port. The study uses a quantitative method, with a path analysis model, with a total of 40 samples. Research respondents are users of loading and unloading services. The findings, in general, indicate that there is an effect of port service performance, occupational safety, and health and work security on loading and unloading productivity which in turn has an impact on increasing user satisfaction of Yos Sudarso Tual Port services. The key finding is that new investments are needed which will require the ongoing capacity building and development of several port authorities who are civil servants who will oversee port planning and operations and regulate access to key port services and facilities.

This study aims to examine the role of innovation strategies in mediating Covid-19 perceptions and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of endek weaving craft business in Bali Province. The theoretical basis used is RBV (Resources Based View) which argues that each company has varying resources with differences in resulting performances. The test was carried out by quantitative analysis using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Data were collected from 139 MSME of endek weaving craftsmen. The results of testing the effect of Covid-19 perceptions and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance were insignificant. Meanwhile, those on innovation strategies and entrepreneurial orientation were positively significant. The results of testing the effect of innovation strategy on business performance and collaboration between the government and the private sector in moderating the innovation strategy on business performance were positively significant and insignificant. The results of testing the effect of innovation strategies mediating Covid-19 perceptions on business performance and mediating entrepreneurial orientation on business performance were positively significant. The study actually confirms that the innovation strategy is a strong mediating variable to bridge the relationships between entrepreneurial orientation variables, Covid-19 perceptions, and business performance. The collaboration between the government and the private sector is also an insignificant moderator to achieve the business performance of MSME actors.

This paper aims to investigate sustainable tourism supply chains by examining the roles of environmental management, social support, and financial performance of tourist destination agencies. By placing the mediating role of innovativeness, this study developed a theoretical framework to explore the antecedents of tourism supply chain management. This research was conducted in a national park in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, with 176 samples from tourism business actors. By using purposive sampling method, data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show a positive and significant influence of environmental management, social support, and financial performance on managerial innovation. These variables in the next analysis are estimated as antecedents of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) in tourism, indicating positive and significant effects resulting from the analysis. In particular, the analysis also raises the important role of managerial innovation in improving the performance of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) in tourism. Empirically, these findings underscore that the greater capabilities of the tourism organization in consolidating organizational resources, organizational performance and social support is more likely to increase the sustainability of SCM.

This study aims to assess the influence of green HR management and Green Supply Chain on practices for initiating green business and environmental sustainability. The research also incorporated the mediation role of environmental sustainability between green HR practices, Green Supply Chain, and green business. A structural study methodology was used with 220 samples drawn from manufacturing companies in the province of Central Java. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The PLS(SEM) was also utilized to assess the constructs' reliability and validity as well as investigate their hypothesized links. The finding of this study indicates that environmental sustainability significantly mediates the relationship between green HRM, green supply chain, and green business. The research also finds a positive relationship between green HRM, environmental sustainability, and green businesses. Similarly, findings also found a significant relationship between green supply chain, environmental sustainability, and green industries. The results of this study can be applied to strengthen the resource based theory and literature of HRM and supply chain management. There are several practical managerial implications for improving the performance of manufacturing companies in Central Java. They provide recommendations for practitioners and managers to improve the business performance of companies based on green HRM, green supply chain, and environmental sustainability.

Scientific breakthroughs in the field of the supply chain must keep pace with technological advancements and environmental changes. Modifying processes, systems, structures, roles, and skills is the goal. The relevance of staff training and the necessity for technology is currently a hot topic in managing changes in the concept of the supply chain in retail business. The purpose of this study is to classify and identify journal and conference articles and undertake analysis of the present paper to develop a deep comprehension of the supply chain in retail business. A systematic mapping study (SMS) examines scientific publications produced over time, focus, locus, and the most widely investigated type of research. It is also the most widely used research method. The SMS technique follows well-established empirical guidelines, and the mapping data is based on Scopus. According to SMS research findings on organizational change, 68 studies match the inclusion criteria. By paper type, method, focus, locus, and year of research publication, we divided 68 publications into topic groups. The current studies are then categorized and quantified based on multiple parameters, topic descriptions, and current research trends.

This study aims to examine the effect of supplier integration on supply chain performance by moderating supply chain transformational leadership styles. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing with two hypotheses and using path analysis. The population of the respondents from this study were 550 manufacturing companies in Jakarta with data collection were performed through online questionnaires and the number of samples that met the criteria for analysis from 150 manufacturing companies represented by leaders in the supply chain management section. The results of this study indicate that supplier integration has a positive effect on supply chain performance, transformational leadership style has a positive effect on supply chain performance and supplier integration has a positive effect on transformational leadership style in Indonesian manufacturing companies. The results of the study can be a reference for decision makers and supply chain management leaders to implement supply chain management strategies in the form of integration with suppliers to improve the company's supply chain performance and to consider the influence of supply chain transformational leadership styles to maintain the sustainability of long-term relationships with suppliers in multinational companies which already has a standard and standard system.

Pandemic Covid 19 has resulted in manufacturing companies experiencing disruptions in fulfilling customer orders and changes in product forecasting results from calculation. Manufacturing companies essential in handling covid experience increased demands, while other companies not related to covid experienced a decrease even in cancellation of orders. Order changes determine the company's performance. This research is related to the effect of order changes on firm resilience through supply chain coordination. The distribution of questionnaires to manufacturing companies in Indonesia is done by sending a google form link in the social media group. Data obtained as many as 446 questionnaires and analyzed using the partial least square technique. The study results showed that amended orders positively impacted 0.728 to the internal operational coordination, the positive influence of 0.201 to coordinate with the supplier, and positive effect with a coefficient of 0.213 to coordination with the customer. Internal operational coordinated influence coordinated with the customer of 0.593 and coordinated with the customer of 0.515. Supply chain coordinated impact on the company's supply chain resilience determined by internal operational coordination by 0.371, coordinated with the supplier of 0.183 and coordinated with the customer of 0.199. The practical contribution of the research is to make managers able to build a coordinated Supply chain to overcome amended orders and increase supply chain deficiencies.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) on e-business adoption and the impact of e-business adoption on the value chain of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The study uses a quantitative approach where the respondents are 389 SMEs that use e-business in Indonesia. Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling analysis is used in this study to analyze data and test hypotheses. The study results describe that technology, organization, and environment significantly influence the e-business adoption of SMEs. Furthermore, e-business adoption has a substantial impact on the value chain of SMEs. The study provides an overview of SMEs in Indonesia to determine the factors used as references in e-business adoption and how good e-business adoption will add value to businesses, especially in the value chain.
