Vocational education is no longer just an education that prepares its graduates to work or become mediocre workers. Creative thinking skills are the basis of science that is very important for students. This research uses a quantitative approach and the population of this study included 106 Cadets of The School of Aviators in Indonesia. Sampling techniques taken were saturated sampling techniques and the samples were taken as many as 106 cadets. Data analysis techniques used were Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS help (Analysis of Moment Structures) program. The results of this study show that critical thinking has a significant effect on decision making.

This study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial skills and benchmarking on the performance of culinary innovations (restaurants, restaurants, and cafes) of micro-small-medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia sub-urban areas. Online questionnaires were used as the instrument to collect data, and the data were analyzed by deception analysis to illustrate various features of the variables studied. Hypothesis test was conducted by Partial Least Square Path Modeling (SEM-PM). The MSME population was 231 and the representative sample was 144 culinary companies. It was found that entrepreneurial skills, benchmarking, and performance of culinary MSME innovations tended to be lower than expected. The results of this study revealed that entrepreneurship and benchmarking skills had significant effects on innovation performance. To improve innovation performance, companies must pay more attention to practical knowledge, especially knowledge of bookkeeping and digital marketing, and make more comparisons on financial aspects.

The aim of this research paper is to test the effect of service quality on employee satisfaction at Indonesian electrical owned state company context. The data collection was carried out through questionnaire dissemination to 70 respondents. The respondents are employees in education and training at PT. PLN (Persero) Udiklat Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative, and sampling is done by non-probability sampling. The data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that service quality still had a significant effect on participant's satisfaction in education and training, both simultaneously and partially at PT. PLN (Persero) Udiklat Jakarta. Employee satisfaction affected by 48.16% of service quality and the rest is 51.84% influenced by other factors that are not examined.

In the global competition era and in Covid 19 pandemic period, the innovative competence of emerging entrepreneurs relies on the positive characters they should have. The present study was aimed to formulate a reinforcement model of innovative behavior through the identification of dominant determinant factors. The study employed survey methods and involved variables of innovative behavior (Y), creativity (X1), technology literacy (X2), and risk-taking behavior (X3). The respondents were 86 final year students of Faculty of Business Economics (emerging entrepreneur candidates) as the samples, and the data were further analyzed by multiple regression. The creativity (X1), technology literacy (X2), and risk-taking behavior (X3) contribute simultaneously at 45.70 percent to the development of innovative behavior (Y); b) the applicable prediction model of innovative behavior is Y=1.171+0.622X1+0.170X2 -0.080X3; meanwhile, the creativity yielded the most significant sensitivity in developing the innovative behavior variable compared to the technology literacy and risk-taking behavior variables; c) it is worth noting that risk-taking behavior is not among the contributing factors; in fact, this variable constrains an individual to be innovative (if it is too high); e) the variable of creativity is in line with innovation.

The new Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic triggers panic buying behavior among consumers in several countries. Previous research on panic buying behavior is less likely to look at the phenomenon from the perspective of consumers (demand-side). Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of media credibility and social contagion on panic buying behavior and the mediating effect of consumer anxiety in the relationship between media credibility, social contagion and panic buying behavior. Data was collected from young and adult consumers in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia using convenience sampling techniques. Three hundred and fifty responses were collected through an online survey. The hypotheses were tested using structural equation models that could simultaneously analyze the effects of variables in the complex model. The results indicate that media credibility does not have a significant effect on consumer anxiety and panic buying. On the other hand, social contagion has a direct and indirect influence on consumer anxiety. Likewise, consumer anxiety mediates the relationship between social contagion and panic buying behavior. The findings from this research can be used by manufacturers and retailers to maintain goods availability during the pandemic, and the government as a basis for economic decision making. This research also contributes to development of the academic literature related to consumer behavior during a pandemic.

The main objective of this paper is to explore the most significant determinants of financial distress of manufacturing companies in Indonesia and to provide explanations on this issue by using multiple regression models. With Modigliani and Miller’s and Trade-off theories were reviewed to formulate a testable proposition on the determinants of financial distress of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Multiple regression models were used as a statistical tool to investigate the most significant profitability determinants of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The Lisrel software was used to analyze 300 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. It was found that institutional ownership, firm size, profitability, and board independence as variables had a positive relationship in an effort to avoid financial distress. Meanwhile, the board size variable had an insignificant positive relationship. The findings are consistent with the pecking order and financial agency theory which helps in understanding the application of financial distress studies for manufacturing companies in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on professionalism, analyzing the effect of individual characteristics on professionalism, analyzing the effect of professionalism on pilot performance, analyzing the influence of the work environment on pilot performance with professionalism as an intervening variable and analyzing the influence of individual characteristics on pilot performance in Lion Air with professionalism as an intervening variable. The number of samples in this study were 165 respondents. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has an effect on professionalism. Individual characteristics affect professionalism. The work environment affects pilot performance. Individual characteristics have an effect on pilot performance. The work environment affects the pilot's performance with professionalism as an intervening variable. Individual characteristics affect pilot performance with professionalism as an intervening variable.

This paper aims to analyze the most relevant direct-antecedents of brand loyalty in the chemical emulsion industry. The purpose of the study is to find the crucial antecedents for chemical buyers; therefore, the paper contributes to business practitioners in managing customer loyalty, particularly in the chemical emulsion industry. Some hypotheses are exercised to get the finding, and this research employs the SEM-Lisrel 8.70 software program to process a total of 140 samples from the field. The respondent's industries are varied, such as coating, paper, textile, wood panel, putty, printing, and furniture. The main finding is the buyer's concern with products, services, and satisfaction; rational quality aspects become a brand identity. Images and activities associated with the brand do not affect loyalty.

This paper aims to investigate the role of Employee Spirituality to moderate between Compensation fairness and Employee Engagement, Job involvement and Employee Engagement, organizational commitment, and employee engagement. In this survey, 279 respondents were collected with a 75 percent response rate (139 respondents) from May to July 2020 and a 93.3 percent rate (140 questionnaires) from August until September 2020. Validity used Confirmatory Factor Analysis used KMO and Bartlett’s test, and the reliability test was based on Cronbach-Alpha. Moreover, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test is used for normality test, Park test is implemented for Heteroscedasticity and Multicollinearity test. Moderator Regression Analysis is used to identify the moderator types. The results indicate that Employee Spirituality fully moderated (Pure moderator) between Compensation fairness and Employee Engagement and between Organizational Commitment and Employee Engagement. Moreover, Employee Spirituality partially moderated between Job Involvement and Employee Engagement. The research suggests to implement the model in a narrow scope and considers many variables outside the Compensation fairness, Job Involvement, and Organizational Commitment.

This study analyzes the effect of servant leadership on job performance with, trust and knowledge sharing as mediating variables. The research is classified in the quantitative analysis used to test the significance between latent variables. The study sample includes 164 of the STIE Malangkucecwara postgraduate program alumni from 2010 to 2019. Data are collected through an online questionnaire and the SmartPls processes the results. The results show that job performance was directly affected by servant leadership. Trust and knowledge sharing are proven as variables that mediate the influence between servant leadership and job performance with the nature of full mediation. Serving leadership tends to increase employee trust in leaders and organizations and stimulates a culture of sharing knowledge to increase employee job performance. The results can be a basis for further studies in the field of management, especially those related to servant leadership, and as material for practical understanding for leaders in various areas of the organization.
