Several studies in the past have reviewed numerous factors that become the consideration of the customers in performing transactions through online sites. In this study, the researcher investigates whether consumer review, web design and online advertisement variables are important for customers in performing transaction through e-commerce. The results of the study contribute for the providers of the online shopping sites in defining the future strategies. At the same time, the results of the study are also expected to provide contributions for the future studies that focus on the e-commerce from the perspective of consumer review, web design and online advertisement. Furthermore, in analyzing the respondents’ characteristics the researcher runs the SPSS Software and for analyzing the data the researcher runs the PLS 3.0. Then, the survey technique in the form of questionnaire distribution implemented toward the respondents who used to perform transactions through online shopping sites. The research finds that consumer review, web design and online advertisement influence on online purchase intention.

Enzymatic assay, based on oxidation-reduction reaction catalyzed by alcohol dehydrogenase, is one of the methods used to determine ethanol concentration. The present study was directed to determine the exact amount of enzyme required to accomplish oxidation-reduction reaction so that the concentration of ethanol in the sample can be determined precisely and accurately. Results of the present study indicate that the lowest unit activity of the enzyme that can be used for ethanol determination is 4000 units/mL, even though longer incubation time compared to the original method was used to ensure reaction completion. Validation of the method confirmed that the assay have acceptable linearity range within 0.01 - 0.06% (v/v) of ethanol with correlation coefficient of 0.9999. Both accuracy and precision parameters fulfill the Association of Analytical Communities (AOAC) International requirement, and therefore can be accepted as a quantitative analysis method. Limit of detection and limit of quantitation for the modified method were 0.0017% (v/v) and 0.0056% (v/v), respectively.

This study attempts to investigate whether Social Media Marketing Activity (SMMA) carried out by companies / brands have a positive impact on their brand equity, e-WOM distribution on social media and customers' purchase intention. The objective of this paper is to investigate the impact of SMMA towards customers' purchase intention. The researchers tried to survey the results of previous studies to give more benefits to the readers and researchers in this area of study. Research data was collected using an online questionnaire survey of 114 participants of Instagram users in Indonesia. The results of structural equation modelling supported the current model’s validity and indicated a positive effect of SMMA towards brand equity. Moreover, brand equity had a positive impact on e-WOM; and e-WOM maintained a positive influence towards customers' purchase intention. Finally, SMMA also has showed a direct impact to customers' purchase intention.

This research aims to examine the influence of top management commitment on the operational performance through the mediating role of the green purchasing and ISO 14000 implementation. This study used a quantitative approach and collected data by distributing 70 questionnaires to textile companies located in the Central Java region, Indonesia. One respondent from the top management level, a manager or general manager represented each company. Off the 70, 48 questionnaires were returned and completed correctly. Data analysis used a partial least square (PLS) technique with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results show that top management commitment has a significant influence on green purchasing, ISO 14000 implementation, and operational performance directly. The results also show that top management commitment also influences the operational performance through the mediating role of the green purchasing and the ISO 14000 implementation. Additional findings indicate that top management commitment contributes more influence on the operational performance through the mediating role of the green purchasing and the ISO1400 implementation than its direct influence. This study contributes to the current theory on supply chain management and paves the way for the practitioner in enhancing the operational performance of the textile industry.

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising exposed by Lazada Indonesia on Facebook toward online purchase intention among the youth in Aceh, particularly the students of Syiah Kuala University. This study uses the Hierarchy-Effect Model to determine the advertising impact. This study used a simple linear regression test. The data were collected through a survey on 155 respondents selected using quota sampling technique from the 12 faculties of Syiah Kuala University. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that the exposure of advertising posted by Lazada Indonesia on Facebook significantly influenced the online purchase intention of Syiah Kuala University students with the impression of 73.2%. The higher the exposure of Lazada advertising on Facebook, the higher the online purchase intention of Syiah Kuala University students.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of green innovation (GI) on environmental performance (EI), the effect of green supply chain management (GSCM) on GI, and finally the effect of GI on environmental performance (EP) in the digital era. The study uses quantitative research methods and descriptive statistics. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the type of purposive sampling. Respondents used in this study were 190 employees of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires through social media. The analytical technique used in this research is based on descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that GSCM practices have a significant positive effect on EI, GSCM practices have a significant positive effect on GI, GI has a significant positive effect on EP and, finally, GI mediates the relationship between GSCM and EP.

This study aims to explain the partial and simultaneous effect of green innovation, competitive advantage and empowerment on marketing performance. Quantitative research method is used through data collection from online surveys with a sample of 130 respondents. Green innovation variable with innovation indicators in processes and products, competitive advantage variable with unique product indicators, flexibility, customer relationships and empowerment variables are measured from the dimensions of market development, knowledge and facilities. The marketing performance variable is expressed in three dimensions, namely sales, growth, and market share. The measurement of respondents' answers to the questions in the questionnaire adopts a Likert scale consisting of seven alternative answers. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire are analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research indicate that competitive advantage and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, however, green innovation has a negative and insignificant effect on marketing performance. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect of green innovation, excellence competitiveness and empowerment on SME marketing performance.

This research intends to formulate a new system for the promotion of online news in Indonesia. By using Information System Success Model (DeLone and McLean), this study develops a new system for promoting news through social media. The study focuses on journalistic work with Ethnographic methods from James Spardley. After doing Ethnographic research, this study pro-vides a comprehensive system, which can be used for all online mass media in order to promote the news to get the maximum number of readers.
