This paper aimed to evaluate the factors affecting quality management (QM) through the quality management system according to ISO 9001 standards of Vietnam businesses. The authors surveyed on 200 manufacturing and technology enterprises that apply ISO 9001 quality management in Hanoi and Da Nang and HCMC. Factors affecting the effectiveness of quality management under ISO 9001 include five elements: (1) Management commitment; (2) Staff involvement; (3) Cooperation of customers and suppliers; (4) Consultants; and (5) Quality management document system. Research results show that the above factors had positive impacts on the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS). The study has given a number of solutions for businesses that have been and will apply QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 with appropriate adjustments to promote the efficiency of the system.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the performance of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. The research team uses a sample size of 456 SMEs. The information is collected by the authors based on the survey results and the financial statements of SMEs listed on Vietnam stock market. Descriptive statistical methods and multivariate linear regression analysis are also used in the study. The data processed through SPSS 20.0 software and the research results show that factors of access to government support policies, education level of enterprises owner, enterprises scale, society relationships of enterprises and revenue growth rate affect the business performance of SMEs in Vietnam. In addition, the study uses a multi-variate linear regression model based on the least squares method to estimate the factors affecting the performance of SMEs in Vietnam. The research results also show that the performance of the enterprises is influenced by different factors: scale, growth rate, profitability, and industry cohesion of enterprises. On that basis, the article proposes some solutions to improve the performance of SMEs in Vietnam in the current period.

To meet the needs of innovation, to improve the competitiveness of information technology based on the professional abilities and resources, internal business is not enough, but there is a need to seek external support through business support services such as market search support, trade promotion, legal advice, human resource training, support supply and technology transfer support. There are several services to support businesses and to increase efficiency when they are developed in both quantity and scale of service provision and quality, as well as service structure. So how do we analyze the factors that affect information technology support services in Vietnam? Answering this question helps to suggest solutions and policies to promote the development of the business support service sector and contributes to the rapid development of information technology enterprises in Vietnam. This paper uses information from a survey data of 315 Vietnamese information technology (IT) of small and medium sized enterprises and 460 support service providers in 2018. Data are processed through STATA software version 14.0, and SPSS 20.0 software. The results indicate the Vietnamese business units need to improve to develop the information technology service market, significantly.

Today, knowledge gradually becomes an important resource for the competitiveness of enterprises (business-es). For small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam, knowledge sharing (KS) is a necessary condition to increase labor productivity and ensure the sustainable development of businesses. However, encouraging KS among employees requires management to understand the motivational factors of KS and set out appropriate policies. This study is based on the research model of Burgess (2005) [Burgess, D. (2005). What motivates employees to transfer knowledge outside their work unit?. The Journal of Business Communication (1973), 42(4), 324-348.] and related theories to identify psychological motivational factors that affect KS. The study conduct surveys in 400 SMEs to assess the impact of the factors on KS in Vietnamese SMEs. The results show that the factors like rewarding; Fear of losing power, Concepts for self-interest, promoting the role of the group, the concept for social benefits affect KS, significantly. From this re-sult, the study also proposes a number of recommendations to improve KS motivation of Vietnamese SMEs' employees. At the same time, through quantitative research, the author identifies the factors affecting the knowledge sharing behavior of SMEs in Vietnam. Research results indicate different factors; including team-work, cohesion, trusts, reward system, information technology system, communication with peers, the concern of senior management are correlated positively with employees' knowledge sharing behavior.

This research aims to investigate the determinants of business performance in Vietnam small and medium sized firms. The study employs a sample of 100 construction-listed enterprises in the Vietnam Stock Market. The author collects data on time series of October 2020 based on the financial statement and annual reports of the Vietnam construction listed companies. The survey data are collected by email and internet sources. This study also identifies the factors that affect the business performance enterprises in Vietnam. The author processed data via STATA 14.0 and SPSS 20.0 software. The research results indicate that (1) government support policies, (2) education level of enterprises owner, (3) enterprises scale, (4) society relationships of enterprises and (5) revenue growth rate affect the business performance of construction- listed enterprises in Vietnam. In addition, the government support policies, education level of enterprises owner, enterprises scale, society relationships of enterprises and revenue growth rate have positive impact on business performance of the Vietnam Construction Listed Companies. In which, education level of enterprises owner and government support policies have mostly positive impacts on business performance. The findings of this study also suggest that the education level of enterprise owners is the highest impact to business performance of the construction- listed firm in Vietnam.

The objective of this study is to identify factors affecting the performance of the construction investment project management in Vietnam. The author conducted a survey at 458 small and medium sized enterprises in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. The author used SPSS 20.0 software for analysis, some analytical methods were used such as: descriptive statistical methods; Evaluate the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method. We calculated the average value of the scale to assess the influence of independent factors on the dependent variable. Multivariate regression analysis method was also used to test the suitability of the research model. The research results indicate that the effectiveness of construction investment project management in Vietnamese enterprises was affected by factors including (1) Consultants; (2) Investor; (3) Contractors; (4) Capital sources; (5) External factors and (6) Advantages in the implementation process of construction investment projects. Moreover, two factors, the advantages in the project implementation process and the external factors, had the most effects on the effectiveness of construction investment project management of small and medium enterprises in Vietnam.
