The emergence of financial technology has resulted in the rapid expansion of digital financial services and products that are accessed and delivered through digital channels. However, such technology has also exposed changes in the financial behaviors of the millennial generation. Hence, this article analyzes how digital financial literacy impacts financial behavior in the Jordanian millennial generation. A survey method was performed with 627 individuals of millennial generations from several cities in Jordan. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted to estimate the relationship between the research variables. The findings revealed that digital financial literacy with its dimensions, i.e., digital knowledge, digital experience, digital skills, and digital awareness had a positive impact on financial behavior. This article depicts the level of digital financial literacy among Jordan's millennial generation. Therefore, it suggested a set of recommendations revolving around developing and promoting financial education programs for Jordanian millennials in collaboration with educational institutions, government agencies, and financial institutions.

The current manuscript aimed to explain the impact of big data on the financial reporting quality of the industrial sector in Jordan. To achieve the manuscript goals and validate hypotheses, a field study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to 325 financial managers in industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange during a specific period. Gathered data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The manuscript concluded that the big data dimensions, including variety, volume, and velocity, had a positive impact on financial reporting quality. Therefore, a set of recommendations were provided to managers of the industrial companies in Jordan to put in place an extensive data governance system to as-sure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance. To ensure the integrity and dependability of financial reporting, define data ownership, create data quality standards, and develop processes for data access, use, and preservation.

The aim of this study is twofold. First, to explore the effect of smart human resources (HR) 4.0 practices on employee effectiveness. Second, to investigate the mediating role of employee job satisfaction in the relationship between these two latent variables. Distributing a questionnaire to gather data from a sample of HR managers and employees in Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, the results point out that smart HR 4.0 practices as a whole construct represent a significant predictor of employee job effectiveness as measured by employee performance based on their personal, social, methodological, and technical skills. As well, the results revealed that smart HR 4.0 embodies a significant predictor of employee job satisfaction. The results found a significant effect of the latter on employee job effectiveness, a significant mediating role of employee job satisfaction was established. The study provides a theoretical basis for further studies on such effects as well as an empirical ground from which companies could start to boost employee satisfaction and effectiveness through smart HR 4.0 technologies.

This study came to examine the impact of Digital transformation on sustainable performance. The research population consisted of employees of Industrial companies listed in Amman stock exchange that is 23 companies. Because of the difficulty of collecting data using a complete census, a random sample of 530 employees was determined. 397 responses were used for the purposes of the statistical analysis of this research. In order to find the impact of digital transformation on sustainable performance, the structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was used. Research results show that digital transformation dimensions had a positive impact on sustainable performance. Big data had the greatest impact. Accordingly, the researchers recommend Industrial companies invest more in manufacturing modern technologies, represented by Digital transformation technologies that give companies the ability to provide high-quality performance and prepare an infrastructure to operate these technologies.

The study aim is to examine the impact of industry 4.0 on sustainability of industrial organizations in Jordan. The population of the study consists of employees at various administrative levels of industrial organizations in Jordan. Due to the large population and the spatial and temporal limitations of the research, it was difficult to collect data using the comprehensive method. Therefore, the random sampling method was applied to collect data from the research population. The structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was used to test the impact of industry 4.0 dimensions on sustainability. The study results confirmed that all dimensions of industry 4.0 had an impact on sustainability. The greatest effect was for cyber-physical systems. Based on this result, researchers recommend the management of industrial organizations to invest in information technology to provide a large variety of data in a very short time and providing appropriate programs for analyzing big data and producing accurate and reliable information that can be used by employees.

The aim of the study is to examine the impact of online consumer reviews on purchasing intention through product mental image. The primary sources represented by the instrument were distributed to the study population consisting of consumers of cosmetics in Jordan. Recently, the phenomenon of selling cosmetics through Internet websites and social media platforms has spread widely in Jordan. Therefore, Google Forms was used to design the research instrument and ask consumers of these products to respond to it by publishing it on the official websites of the sellers and with their approval. Structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) technique using the AMOS software was used to test the study hypotheses. The study results show that product mental image mediates the relationship between online consumer review and purchasing intention. Based on the results of the study, the researchers provided recommendations.

The purpose of this research is to look into the drivers that influence whether or not users will use e-training. The research identified six elements that influence e-training intention to use: perceived ease of use (PEU), computer and internet self-efficacy (CIS), perceived usefulness (PUS), interaction (INT), technical support (TEC), and management support (MGS). Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample consisting of employees in private universities to test six hypotheses related to these factors. The results showed that four of these factors, i.e., perceived ease of use (PEU), computer and internet self-efficacy (CIS), perceived usefulness (PUS), and technical support (TEC) are key drivers of e-training intention to use. Results are discussed and conclusion is reported.
