This study is aimed at analyzing the effect of port service performance, occupational safety, and health, and work safety on loading and unloading productivity and its impact on service user satisfaction at Yos Sudarso Tual Port, Maluku province, in Eastern Indonesia in 2020. What was found was the limited-service performance delivered to service users, resulting in dissatisfaction. This could have implications for the less-than-optimal loading and unloading performance at Yos Sudarso Tual Port. The study uses a quantitative method, with a path analysis model, with a total of 40 samples. Research respondents are users of loading and unloading services. The findings, in general, indicate that there is an effect of port service performance, occupational safety, and health and work security on loading and unloading productivity which in turn has an impact on increasing user satisfaction of Yos Sudarso Tual Port services. The key finding is that new investments are needed which will require the ongoing capacity building and development of several port authorities who are civil servants who will oversee port planning and operations and regulate access to key port services and facilities.

The aim of this research is to analyze leadership style, work-life balance, and employee engagement on the ship crew’s work effectiveness of 290 ship crews. The study is performed using a sample technique through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling taken from the population of 1050 ship crew of passengers of vessel at Port of Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, Indonesia. The study uses quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling, with the help of the Lisrel program. The result of this study shows that leadership style, work-life balance and employee engagement directly and positively influence the work effectiveness. The benefit for Indonesia National Shipping is that through the improvement of leadership style of the officers, work-life bal-ance, and employee engagement, the Indonesia National Shipping may improve the work effectiveness of eve-ry ship crew. The findings provide a model for employee engagement and work effectiveness of national shipping ship crew. The output of this study states that every change in the quality of ship officer’s leadership style, quality of work-life balance and employee engagement directly and positively influenced the ship crew’s work effectiveness of Indonesia National Shipping.

This study aims to analyze the contribution of Green Manufacturing and Green Distribution on improving the performance of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) through Reverse Logistics. The development of industry and increasing consumer concern for the environment as well as issues regarding the concept of an environmentally sound industry have forced industries to adjust in line with the GSCM concept. To make the program a success, Green Manufacturing, Green Distribution, and Reverse Logistics are assumed to be supporting the implementation process. This study uses quantitative methods, with the number of samples taken randomly as many as 70 people. The analysis was carried out using the Path Analysis method. Hypothesis testing was carried out in two stages, namely Structural Model-1 and Structural Model-2 testing to obtain each path coefficient number. The results of the study conclude that there is the contribution of Green Manufacturing, Green Distribution, and Reverse Logistics on the success of GSM implementation so that companies must always pay attention to the facilities and related policies to improve the performance of those variables.

This research aimed to study the opinion and perspectives of Commuter Line passengers in Indonesia by using 18 attributes of service quality. There still needed to be more understanding about which service attributes were less satisfying and which were more pleasing to the Commuter Line passengers in the area of Jakarta and its surroundings. This research used factor analysis and Principal Component Analysis to select among the 18 Commuter Line service quality variables with the Varimax and Ordered Logit model rotation method. The number of samples used was 384 respondents from Commuter Line passengers in Jakarta and its surroundings. The result of factor analysis stated that the 18 attributes of service quality with three factors were the main attributes of service quality being used, namely the factor of station facilities and passenger behavior, the factor of ticket and security system, and they had reasonably strong correlations. The key finding of this research was that some service quality attributes, such as the crowd or density of trains, station stair facility, station lift facility, station seat facility, and shelter, were perceived as the attributes of service that were less satisfying. This research provided valuable insights into important factors affecting the opinion and perspective of Commuter Line passengers in Jakarta and its surroundings.

This study aims to estimate the factors determining the perceived behavioral Intention to use the QR code on a smartphone in the commuter line tap-in tap-out ticketing process as an alternative payment. The rapid growth of information technology in the last two decades had become a factor that encouraged individuals and groups to utilize information technology from devices or technological tools as effectively and efficiently as possible to facilitate the activities and business processes being carried out. This research used the probability sampling technique with a random sampling of 100 commuter line passengers. In addition, this research used the data analysis technique of the Structural Equation Model-SmartPLS3.0. The results indicated that perceived compatibility and enjoyment significantly affected the perceived ease of use and usefulness in the consumer's behavioral Intention to use QR Code technology on smartphones as a substitution for purchasing commuter train tickets. However, the three other variables, perceived convenience, self-efficacy, and enjoyment, do not significantly influence the usefulness of using QR Code Technology on smartphones as an alternative for purchasing commuter tickets, and neither do the technological knowledge and perceived compatibility.

This study investigated the impact of social media marketing on Garuda Indonesia's airline customers' brand equity (awareness, image, and loyalty) and online word-of-mouth during the epidemic (E-WOM). In part of the study, 100 frequent Instagram users and passengers on Garuda Indonesia aircraft were questioned or given questionnaires. The data was processed and analyzed by SEM-PLS and the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings of the study indicate that social media marketing increases brand recognition, brand image, and brand loyalty. Brand loyalty or reputation has one significant impact on e-WOM as well. While brand recognition has nothing to do with E-WOM. Furthermore, the results of this research definitely point to the importance of the impact on E-WOM while brand recognition has no impact on E-WOM. The study's conclusions also highlight the importance of mediating variables including brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty. This study can prove that almost all moderating effect variables are involved in mediating social media marketing on Garuda Indonesia's e-WOM airline, except the brand awareness variable, which has no indirect effect or has no impact on the relationship between social media marketing and E-WOM. The results of this study should be relevant to a social media strategy, particularly for Garuda Indonesia Airlines.

The research aimed to know the impact of electronic delivery orders and logistics digitalization on the import document activities mediated by logistics service quality in the national shipping lines, especially the members of Regional Container Lines. Several logistics companies in Indonesia have now begun to utilize digital technology supported by the national logistics ecosystem platform to advance logistics activities, to assist logistics processes in all sectors, including the industrial sector. Shipping, especially by sea shipping. One of the research problems, among others, is that the TSJ/T3 terminal still uses manual delivery orders. The research used the path analysis method and Sobel test with a random sample of 102 PT Bhum Mulia Prima customers. The result of the study showed that electronic delivery orders and logistics digitalization partially contribute to the import document activities through logistics service quality. Furthermore, logistics service quality as the intervening variable strengthened the contribution of an electronic delivery order to the import document activities. Testing is also needed by comparing digital systems between the shipping companies that still do not use manual documents and those that have used online processes in import activities.

This study aims to analyze the improvement of the operational performance of Indonesia’s Soekarno-Hatta Airport train through service quality which is mediated by train passenger loyalty and passenger satisfaction. The main problems in this study are the use of the same railway for long-distance train, airport train, and commuter Line train, the limited use of airport railway with four schedules, the headway which becomes 30 minutes since the number of travels becomes 82 trips, and the tariff being applied now is considered as burdening the passengers. The research method uses a quantitative analysis approach with the technique of Structural Equation Modeling-Lisrel. Data collection is done through observation and questionnaire distribution. The respondents are 306 passengers of trains heading for Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The benefit of this study for the domestic railway company is that by improving service quality, passenger loyalty and satisfaction, it will improve the operational performance of airport trains. The result of this research indicates the significant influence of service quality variable on passenger loyalty through passenger satisfaction, the significant influence of service quality variable on operational performance through passenger satisfaction and passenger loyalty as well as the significant influence of passenger satisfaction variable on operational performance through passenger loyalty.
