Establishing new relations with new customers and managing customers’ relations with the existing ones is important and considered challenges for each firm nowadays. Thus, studying and understanding different psychological factors like consumers’ emotions and happiness, motivates and attitudes are important while it helps in how to do more business with customers and push them to stay longer especially when adopting e-government mobile applications. This study used a quantitative research approach with survey data collection from different users of government mobile applications (GMA). The sample is around 340 from different backgrounds and levels of using different government services mobile apps. The results revealed the standardized regression and coefficients interpret the direct association between the study variables, hence confirmed the hypothesized model that included several factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived skills readiness, and perceived security toward attitudes to GMA and use of GMA effects on customer happiness and positive emotion. Moreover, the conclusion and implications confirmed the literature of this research field and elucidated most of the stated factors that significantly influence the customers’ emotion and happiness. For further study, research directions are given to expand the extant understanding of new different factors with other outcomes of mobile applications use.

In higher education institutions, effective digital communication is crucial for achieving administrative goals, such as improving student services, managing resources, and facilitating collaboration among staff members. By exploring the impact of copresence factors on digital communication effectiveness, higher education institutions can gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence their digital communication and develop strategies that optimize its efficiency. The study applied a quantitative research approach through a questionnaire survey to collect required responses from employees who are working in the higher education institutions of Jordan with a total of 304 participants. The findings of this study indicate that copresence factors play a significant role in the effectiveness of digital communication within higher education institutions in Jordan. The results support the framework developed by others and suggest that self-copresence and partner-copresence have a positive impact on the efficiency of communication. This highlights the importance of considering the presence of individuals during digital communication and the impact it can have on the quality of the exchange. In conclusion, the study sheds light on the importance of correspondence in digital communication and its impact on the efficiency of communication within higher education institutions. The findings can help in the development of strategies and practices for enhancing the effectiveness of digital communication and improving administrative work in higher education institutions in Jordan.

This research examined how virtual reality technology affects the marketing performance of the fashion industry in Jordan. Based on a sample composed of 528 online customers, structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized as a statistical approach for hypothesis testing. The research findings demonstrated that virtual reality technology had a positive significant impact on marketing performance. This examination provides many implications that managers in the fashion industry in Jordan could recognize, the most notable was encouraging them to focus on increased product demos utilizing virtual reality technology in order to improve customers' comprehension of the product and boost their confidence when making purchase decisions.

In this digital age, fraudulent practices are among the most challenging that organizations must be aware of due to the increasing use of online transactions. This also applies to the banking sector whose business has become more complex with the recent developments in information and communication technology, which has changed the nature of bank fraud requiring advanced prevention measures. From this perspective, this paper aims to determine how cybersecurity affects fraud prevention for Jordanian commercial banks. A five-dimensional NIST cybersecurity framework was used. The research data was collected from 173 information technology managers in commercial banks listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to investigate research hypotheses. The results of the research demonstrated the significant impact of cybersecurity in fraud prevention, especially detect function which had the largest impact among the dimensions of cybersecurity. Therefore, a set of recommendations were formulated for policymakers in Jordanian commercial banks, the most important of which is the adoption of multi-factor authentication (MFA) approaches for customer accounts, employee access, and biometric systems that add an additional layer of protection and make access to sensitive information to unauthorized individuals more difficult.

Recent technological advancements are endless and have had a profound influence on everyone in every part of life throughout the preceding decades. Artificial intelligence is one such invention that has the potential to change the world. Now, artificial intelligence is being used in almost all commercial operations. Hence, this research attempted to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence dimensions, including natural language processing, machine learning, expert systems, and computer vision on the financial decisions of pharmaceutical companies in Jordan. A cross-sectional approach was used through a comprehensive survey to collect research data from 148 accountants and financial managers in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange with a response rate of 81.3%. The research hypotheses were examined using structural equation modeling of the collected quantitative data. The results indicated that the dimensions of artificial intelligence positively impact financial decisions. Accordingly, companies should spend on building strong artificial intelligence infrastructure and skills. Access to modern artificial intelligence technology, data analysis tools and cloud computing resources are also essential to rationalizing financial decision-making. Besides, Jordan's pharmaceutical sector can overcome these limitations and realize the full potential of artificial intelligence in financial decision-making by solving data privacy issues, encouraging ethical AI re-search, investing in artificial intelligence expertise, and enhancing collaboration.

This study aims to evaluate tourists' reviews of gastronomy tourism expressed in Google reviews according to the CAC model (Cognitive, Affective, and Conative), and to examine the inter-correlations between CAC model components. The study was applied to traditional restaurants in Amman downtown. The research then extracts the main themes from the textual reviews as well as a sentiment score of an affective image of traditional Amman downtown restaurants. The results of machine learning experiments suggest that the proposed approach can identify traditional restaurant reviews in Amman downtown into CAC model components. The results also show that the Random Forest algorithm performed best in the cognitive and cognitive dimensions, whereas the Neural Network algorithm performed best in the affective dimension. ML classifier revealed that most of the reviews were classified as cognitive (such as the type of food, and services) while the remaining reviews were classified as affective (such as pleasure and arousal) and conative (such as intention to recommend, and positive word of mouth) respectively. The highest probability of the cognitive components was the traditional food topic reflecting the unique image of Jordanian traditional food. Affective images formed by users were mainly positive emotions, indicating that the destination image spread well.

Blockchain technology adoption among the businesses has become a new updated technological improvement and calls all businesses to care with it. This research aims to address its effect with project management information systems with a possible moderation effect of the value creation gained of this factor. The study used a quantitative research method to meet its objective and collected the data from Jordanian e-commerce enterprises with a total of 320 participants. PLS-SEM technique was used to perform the key analyses. The results found a significant effect of all hypothesized research assumptions and a significant moderating effect of value creation on the respective effect of study’s variables. The findings also expanded the current understanding and application of this technology and showed some implications and applicable insights that supported the existing literature and evidence in this field. The study would contribute to cover the limited research works and knowledge gaps with a suggestion to integrate this technology and application within different contextual settings.

Web 2.0 has changed the way consumers access information. This study aims to investigate the relationship between social media (Watsons’ Facebook page) content and consumers repurchase intention. In addition, it determined whether E-WOM and interactivity can act as the mediating variables between the social media content and repurchase decision. The data were collected through online and offline questionnaires. A total of 146 valid questionnaires were obtained and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SMART-PLS 3.3.9 software. The findings support the direct effect of social media content on E-WOM, interactivity, and repurchase intention. Moreover, the results confirmed the mediating role of interactivity between social media content and repurchase intention, however, E-WOM does not mediate between social media content and repurchase intention. The present study suggests some managerial implications for beauty brand retailers and provides fundamental strategies related to their social media.

This study aims at investigating the effect of digital HRM practices on employee motivation and hence employee job performance, or in other words, the mediating role of employee motivation between digital HRM practices and employee job performance. Two digital HRM practices were used in this study: digital training and digital performance appraisal. Collecting data using a valid and reliable questionnaire from employees at industrial companies, the results show that digital training had significant effects on both employee motivation and job performance, digital performance appraisal had significant effects on employee motivation and performance appraisal, and employee motivation exerted a significant effect on job performance. Consequently, it was approved that employee motivation partially mediated the effect of digital HRM practices on job performance. It was concluded that skilled employees who are aware of their performance level are motivated to show higher levels of job performance. Theoretically, the study called scholars to carry out further results to examine the effects of other HRM practices on job performance through employee motivation. Empirically, organizations are requested to conduct training sessions and assess employee performance using digital means.

Once the university started using social media more, the researchers started focusing more on how social media applications were being adopted and what motivated it without being limited to classrooms only. There is a need to conduct further research about how the utilization of social media to teach in university affects education. Considering this, delving deeper into the educational outcomes and a research model related to the experiences and results of social media use is the aim of this research. Apart from that, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) research that deals with the behavior intention of using social networking media, perceived playfulness, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has been used for testing what affects the utilization of social media for online-teaching in higher education of United Arab Emirates. There was an assessment of 580 quantitative responses given by university students whose classroom sessions involved using social media. In order to predict the behavioral intention of a pupil for using social networking media for e-learning in the higher education institutions, it is possible to take some help from the factors such as perceived playful-ness, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, as per the partial least squares (PLS) and machine learning evaluation. The suggested model helps teachers to get to know more about how classroom sessions can become more productive through social media usage.
