Lion Air is an airline that has a low-cost carrier concept, which makes Lion Air an airline that has low prices. With these low prices, does it improve customer fulfillment? This study aims to determine the effects of service quality, amenities, and pricing on purchase choices. Associative quantitative research methodologies are used in this kind of study. The sample comprised 210 individuals who had taken a flight on Lion Air during COVID-19 and were at least 17 years old. The analysis technique uses Amos 24 software and SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis. The results showed that service quality has a favorable and considerable impact on customer satisfaction. Facilities have a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and substantial influence on customer satisfaction.

As one of the garment producers in the world, Indonesia continues to strive to increase its competitive advantage in the current growth and development. Various factors can influence the improvement of competitive advantage in the garment sector. This study investigates the competitive advantage in the garment sector as influenced by supply chain strategy and supplier environment, moderated by environmental uncertainty in garment companies in West Java. The population of this study was 250 garment companies, and the sample was 152 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this study are (1) supply chain strategy is positively influenced by supplier environment; (2) competitive advantage is influenced by supplier environment and supply chain strategy; and (3) environmental uncertainty can moderate supplier environment and supply chain strategy in influencing competitive advantage.

Safety risk and operational efficiency in sustainable coal supply was an issue in the coal distribution supply chain. An online survey evaluating safety hazards, operational effectiveness, logistic service providers, and sustainable supply chain management was completed by 89 consumers of coal logistic service providers. In contrast, this study aimed to evaluate the operational effectiveness and safety concerns of a sustainable coal supply chain managed by the logistic service providers on the Barito River. In addition to using path analysis, quantitative research methods were also applied to calculate and process the questionnaire data, producing a value that determined the weight of each vendor, criterion, and sub-criterion. It showed several positive and significant influences connected to the safety of sustainable supply chain management, the operational efficiency of logistic service providers, supply chain management, and security risks for the providers. Therefore, it was essential to unite the positive influences on the logistic flow to secure the coal supply chain activities on the Barito River. This research would have theoretical and practical applications, adding to the advancement of science through its applications. Such knowledge would affect the safety risk and operational efficiency of sustainable supply chain management through the logistic service providers on the Barito River, Central Kalimantan.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficiency of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) and analyze the factors that determine them using a two-stage approach to Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). DEA in this study focuses on the production, intermediation, and inefficiency causes. This research was done on BPRS across Indonesia. The data were taken from a financial report for the 2013-2021 period. The source of the data was a publication from the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the non-parametric approach with a two-stage DEA method. The input variables were personnel costs, fixed assets, and third-party funds. The result shows that Revenue Sharing, ROA, and Growth have a significant positive effect on DEA. BOPO and inflation have a positive but insignificant effect on DEA. While NPF and FDR have negative but insignificant effects on DEA. Then CAR has a negative and not significant effect on DEA. It also shows that the variables of Revenue Sharing, NPF, ROA, CAR, FDR, BOPO growth, and inflation have a simultaneous effect on DEA.

Labuan Bajo Seaport's maritime logistics ecosystem serves the marine logistics supply chain as an essential part of economics and social development in the region. It is one of the economic regions that need to be developed where green operations management must be applied to suppress the negative impact of port operations. The research aims to analyze the influence of green marketing, business, and operation management on Sustainability. A cross-sectional study has been conducted in this research with data processing using partial least squares (PLS) path modeling. The population is the stakeholder of Labuan Bajo seaport, and the samples are 100 with a purposive sampling method. Findings show that green marketing has influenced business, operation management, and Sustainability. However, the green industry also influenced green operation management and impacted Sustainability. The study indicates that Sustainability can be achieved when the seaport operates using green principles from planning to monitoring by the involvement of the stakeholder.

The unintegrated use of information technology in the cockpit of Garuda aircraft was the electronic flight bag, with the application of the Garuda electronic flight manual and the Garuda electronic airway manual. This gap would cause potential negligence and delay in distributing paper documents or manuals to the aircraft of Garuda Indonesia Airline. It was necessary to study whether the use of Garuda electronic flight manual software and Garuda electronic airway manual could ease the duties of the Pilot on board the aircraft. This research aimed to know the influence of implementing the Garuda electronic flight manual and the Garuda electronic airway manual on flight safety by optimizing human resources. The study used the Path Analysis method. The samples of this research were 30 pilots as the users and processors of the Garuda electronic flight manual and the Garuda electronic airway manual. The study found that the variable of flight safety was directly influenced by the implementation of the Garuda electronic flight manual, the Garuda electronic airway manual, and the optimization of human resources. In addition, implementing the Garuda electronic flight manual and the Garuda electronic airway manual was the variable influencing flight safety at most.

The problems influencing the service quality of Lion Parcel Halim Perdana Kusuma Jakarta were that the delivery time needed to be by the delivery receipt and that there needed to be a complete list. This research aimed to know and analyze the service quality and the direct and indirect influence of delivery cost on customer satisfaction through timeliness. The population used in this research was the customers of Lion Parcel Halim Perdana Kusuma Jakarta, with a sample of as many as 139 respondents. The technique of data analysis used was Structural Equation Modelling with the approach of Partial Least Square. The key finding of this research was that customers considered the service quality of Lion Parcel could be better, making them dissatisfied with the quality of service delivered by Lion Parcel. Whereas the service quality and delivery cost directly influenced, timeliness and timeliness influenced customer satisfaction. It was also found that timeliness indirectly and significantly mediated the influence of service quality and delivery cost on customer satisfaction.

This research aims to assess the safety of ship passenger services as one of the efforts to promote water recreation on the Musi River, South Sumatera. Rivers in Indonesia, through their role as a means of moving goods and people, greatly influence transportation and tourism, especially water recreation. Without safe transportation, there will be no travel and tourism industry. The accident rate of river transportation in Indonesia, including on the Musi River, today is still relatively high, and there still is no care about the assessment of riverboat services safety. The safety assessment was done with the analysis method using gap analysis with the analysis technique of Importance Performance Analysis. The research was conducted in Wharf 16 Ilir Palembang with a sample of as many as 264 people, including ship operators, passengers, and regulators. The study finds first that most users of riverboat services on the Musi River tend to be unsatisfied. Second, the need to improve the information on the safety equipment storage and the availability of safety equipment use instructions. Based on the findings, to develop water recreation on the Musi River, boat condition setting, and boat passenger safety are essential factors to be prioritized since the passengers or tourists mainly consider them in using sea transportation.

This research aims to identify the factors, including service quality, corporate Image, and perceived Value, that contribute to Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta's customer satisfaction. Mass Rapid Transit is a mass transportation that has become necessary due to the prevalence of private automobiles in Jakarta. This study employs a descriptive quantitative methodology using a survey of 165 Mass Rapid Transit passenger respondents and descriptive statistical analysis and modeling with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square. The results showed that the Quality of Service has a positive effect on passenger satisfaction, the corporate image does not affect passenger satisfaction, the perceived value has a positive contribution to passenger satisfaction, and the Quality of Service has a positive effect on the perceived value. Furthermore, the corporate image positively contributes to perceived value, service quality positively affects customer satisfaction mediated by perceived values, and the corporate image does not affect passenger satisfaction mediated by perceived value. Therefore, mass Rapid Transit Jakarta needs to make various innovations to improve service quality mediated by service quality dimensions that refer to service quality. In addition, the human capital of service officers at Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta needs to be improved in terms of Quality and competency so that passengers' opinions of the service staff are more favorable, increasing both perceived value and customer satisfaction.

This research aimed to know both the direct and indirect contribution of cargo loading and discharging time to the Loss and gain of coal mediated by load quantity. The process of data collecting was done through secondary data taken from the loading port of Jetty in Samarinda Port and the discharging port of Muara Berau, East Kalimantan. During 2020, there was an average loss of coal cargo of as much as 56 percent. This was caused by the long waiting discharge time during the loading and discharging. Another problem was the long waiting discharge time, as many Mother Vessels, tugboats, and barges entered the Jetty port and made a density there. The research method used path analysis with the loading-discharging unit as the source of secondary data on the determining factors of load quantity and the Loss and gain of coal cargo. This research indicated that one of the dominant factors was waiting discharge time, as a problem frequently occurred when vessels would berth in the port for discharging activities. The key finding was the necessity for the competent party to pay special attention to the factors contributing to vessels’ waiting discharge time in the port by providing services as maximally as possible through human resources improvement in the form of training.
